Dru might recommend the 03-04 model, but I kinda like the 06 model; its specious and rugged. I have a colleague at work that drives the 06 model although its the manual tranny.

If only you know how wrong this can be but for the fact you seem anonymous online it's easy to post pictures of people online because they owe as little as 1500, the day a rider decides to take this up, unfortunately it is only the driver that will suffer for it. You can take her number and call her but I think posting the pictures online tagging him or her fraud is wrong, even the police or effc. Are cautioned by lawyers when they do that before they have their day in court. I will advice you guys stick to disturbing the person with calls, posting pictures is a no no. Even loan defaulters, banks don't put their pictures online for obvious reasons except they get a warrant. Be careful guys.

If you tell yourself the truth, you’d realize how many you could have avoided.

The first one for example, Ekoro road? That narrow road where there are lots of kekes....that’s where you want to overtake?

Doing Uturn and you couldn’t just allow the bike pass even after observing his full speed from over 100meters.

Stop dragging road with those guys or any other person the extra 1 minute you wait won’t kill you....

I’m still finding it hard to picture the third, Like how can you be driving and almost climbed a baby’s head?

Tip: when driving, Always look 200-400 metres ahead.

All the same, thank God for your life but please learn.

What would the rider sue him for?

If the money involved was #5 million, would you type this?

You call the #1500 "little", yet I didn't see you offering to pay on the rider's behalf.

My advice to you is to let him be. The moment the rider walked away and blocked him, she indirectly asked him to do his worst

You did not pay for my services
You blocked every means that I could reach you
I decided to search for you on SM
And then you take me to court because?

Listen to your advise, brother

And please don't use a Loan defaulter as an excuse. He signed an agreement before he took the money, and part of the agreement covers decisions if he defaults

An Uber trip is not a loan. She clearly stole from him.....and he wants his money

I don't know how the ehailing platform works but I believe they might have a provision for when riders refuse to pay and they obviously won't advice drivers to go put up picture on the internet

What if it was an offline trip?

What if the platform does not believe me and refuses to pay me?

Even outside ehailing, what if I was duped doing something else? Are you saying it's wrong to look for the thief online?

I remember that Bolt does not pay a driver if a rider scams him. How do I handle that?

I have been scammed of #15,000 on ehailing by a woman with two kids. I know how it feels to be cheated that way

Meanwhile, you still haven't answered the question;

"What would the rider sue him for?"

But the pictures can be posted if they owed above 1,500 naira?

Please let us know the benchmark.

You more concerned about a certain person that ON her app, requested for a service, enjoyed it, and refused to pay for it and as well blocked off every means to get across to her to persuade her to pay.

But less concerned about the driver that used his fuel and energy to deliver the service.

Abi you Sabi them?..if 1500 is too meagre you can pay on Their behalf.

But it is okay when a rider video records the driver and even go as far as putting it on social platforms just to get cheap attention for things they could have let slide!

Oga I'm a prospective driver on e-hailing and I can't even imagine being cheated when I eventually get started. As you seem to be more concerned about protecting the identity of a thief/ criminal, have you asked yourself how many uber drivers she must have played the same trick on? This is people's sweat and hustle we're talking about, not some loan aggrements. I still believe this is the most practical and logical and effective ways to get those thieves to pay, so long death threats aren't involved, then no one is breaking any law
