Ask her to use sendwave or worldremit. Give her the name on your ID (Passport, driver's license or national ID)

She'll send dollars as cash pickup then you go to any of the listed banks to collect it using the code She'll send to you after doing the transfer
she collect my account number also

story, the bank you are sending to has to be listed B4 U press send unless you were using Western Union! or one of them remittance company if bank nor get $$$$ U don enter one chance cos they will offer you Naira at CBN rate! my friend feel into that trap.
This new policy is meant to force operators of Bureau De Change to physically carry their $$$ from abroad and lodge in a Nigerian bank for payout with the hope of I increasing forex in these banks, however, they failed to factor in the cost of transporting such funds and the insurance involved plus taxes in transferring such funds.

Must you collect at a bank that does not have USD?
Some of you just find fault in anything without testing the system.
i was at Stanbic ibtc transacting and someone cashed out in Dollars right before my eyes

Same here. Payoneer is blocking Nigerian related accounts left right and center.

FG has blocked TransferWise and some of the most popular ones like remitly and others we use as alternatives.

They're now planning to block accounts used to purchase or receive fiat currencies from Crypto exchanges.

Living in this country should be listed on the list of 1000 ways to die I swear. I don't know what those guys at CBN or the ministry of finance are smoking honestly.

Thank you. They sit upon their asses, drinking beer, consuming pepper soup, and making babies while they expect their relatives to send them money. They have no business ideas they need money for; all they want is money for food, school fees, hospital bills as if they are not the parents of their own children. They think its their right as if those abroad are their slaves, and as if they don't have their own responsibilities. Tell them you can't help them now, they start talking shit. There is so much land in neighborhoods, but they are too "civilized" to grow vegetables. Enough is enough. Solve your own problems.

If you transact such a volume either at once or regularly, there is nothing stopping you from having a standard domiciliary account,i mean absolutely nothing.
Even if you don't have a dorm account, you can still do it through the banking system and get your account credited with Naira in less than 72hrs.
But the issue with you guy's is you want everything done under the table

The fact you are on holiday does not mean you can't access your mail,it doesn't even mean you can't recollect what you read 5-7onths ago.
But you can quickly run down a policy you can't recollect what you read something about abi?

The problem with you lot is you talk from both side of your mouth with nothing upstairs, The issue here is the bank do not have enough forex to cope if 100% remittance is done the way the CBN wants it.I have what we call a Diasporan bank account with first bank those in the know would know what it is. Why would I need cash out local currency in Nigeria was this not the problem?CBN rate V BDC rate,I sent myself £1040 today (£30 being sending fees for £1k) to my 9ja account got alert of N650k, however, CBN rate is N518k and U are here talking shyyttttteee pls stop being annoying if you don't understand what people are saying just observe and learn

I spoke to someone outside the country and he said that the Federal Government of Nigeria's new policies is making it difficult for banks to send money to those in Nigeria

Who else is experiencing delay in money transfer from foreign countries

We need to know what people are going through

It's very true. Central Bank Policy which is so silly. One can use World Remit, Transfer wise and others. But the problem is not sending, rather the recipient receiving the dollars in Nigeria. Most Banks in Nigeria, lack dollar bills, and there exist queues of people waiting to cash out. So pathetic......
