Loss of concentration, I believe that’s the issue. The defence just switches off a times in the name of offside traps and zonal marking/defending. Each defender would rather ball watch and hope that their colleagues are available to make clearances and stuffs.

We need to adopt a better system, also, find a way to improve our defenders positioning. This is clearly a poorly coached defence. De Gea too would rather stay instead of coming out to clear the ball.
