I applied on the 12th of November, got a decision 28th of January... the December break made it a whole long process and even MUN too are one kain . They had troubles confirming the receipt of my TOEFL scores for weeks. I had to specifically mail an admission officer at MUN to help me check what’s wrong before it was resolved.
I got no scholarships... I’m not sure they’re generous with funding.
Yeah it is for undergrad

Congratulations.... got your dm. That's approximately 10 weeks and some days.
It ended in praise, check out the funding, you can be eligible for scholarship.

Expecting to hear from them......praying it ends in praise for us still expecting.

Goodmorning all. Hope we are all good and wishing us all successful dropping of almighty PPR Love letter.

Please my gurus in the house, pleased when explaining the properties in home ties in SOP, do I need to state where it is located or just mention I have landed properties with survey plans attached?

Your help will be highly appreciated

In the framework of the NSE it was actually stated that some Applications can take longer than that so it's not static that it's must be 20days and this Covid-19 Pandemic is also slowing things down as well!!.Mine I submitted the requested documents for the NSE on the 10th December that's 3Days after it was requested but got response in February far far more than the 20days so it varies!!!

so it's safe to expect response after 2 months instead of the usual 21days.

I don’t think it is necessary to state the location. Just attach the survey plans, also if you have utility bills for that same property you can attached such as land use charge receipt and documents.

No one can categorically say how long the process will take or takes.

Just hope for the best that it won’t take too long and do your battle in the place of prayer.

Okay since it's still under construction the C OF O won't be ready but then all the aforementioned documents can suffice too.

Hey guys , just got my GCMS note . Their concerns was that my funds may not be available and that they are not convinced that the proposed studies will be a reasonable expense .

I also think most of the concerns are from my SOP.
That my study plan does not appear reasonable given my career path and that the reason I provided for the course of study was unclear given the high cost of living of education in Canada.

Please guys I need to address these concerns and will appreciate any assistance I can get .

Thanks for your reply..Uni of Guelph does not offer civil engineering..Its 3.59 good for a MSc program in civil engineering in Canada?

Concerning USaks, make sure to fill the Pre-qualification form first. It takes a maximum of 6weeks for them to get back to you. If you dont fill this form first, you cant apply and if you do, you’ll be rejected.

Also, check out uni of guelph and MUN (their msc is called MEng)
This is based on my own understanding am not a guru oo other gurus can add too and correct if am wrong
1. What's your Educational background and what course are you going for. This has to be reviewed is it lower than your previous education? And even if it's lower than your previous education you need to be very very very convincing enough as to why you are going for the proposed course ,how will the course help you in your career growth and development because I have seen approvals where the proposed course of study is lower than the previous education so in this case you need a convincing LOE if you don't want to review the proposed course of study.

2. Do you have a sponsor or self sponsored and the proof of funds you submitted was it enough to cover the expenses and who is sponsoring If you have presented a sponsor.

3. The course you are going for how will it be Economically , and financially beneficial to you after your study looking at the high cost of the Study and in career terms too how is it beneficial to you this is where the high cost of the education in Canada comes in . So all you need is LOE to tackle all these then maybe you need to review your chosen field of Study In Canada and explain your career path extensively in lieu with the course you will be going for. YOUR CHOSEN COURSE OF STUDY needs to reviewed as well.
