(1) For cysts; Garlic, ginger, turmeric and cinnamon. I used them based on doctor googles prescription.

(2) There are two types of IUI, you can do a stimulated cycle or a natural cycle. Natural is 150k and stimulated is 250k.

thanks to all our wonderful Mama's for your congratulations.. just believe me when I say you are next.. here's WIDD
when I discovered conception wasn't forth coming after my wedding in 2018..I first went to the lab to check for infection and found out I had heavy growth of staphylococcus I took the drugs recommended from the test result(erythromycin and levofloxacin). after treatment I went back and discovered the result was the same, I treated for like 3 times before I realised that I was getting it wrong by not treating my husband along from my doctor. DH and I started treatment afresh we treated with both English and herbal mixtures including the Garlic, ginger combo, injections and prescribed drugs.for more than 6 months we were battling staph. after we were all clear I discovered my always regular cycle became messed up from regular 29-30 days it became 34-35days(making me think I was pregnant every month). I ordered for omodara tonic when I read about it here, used it for months trying to correct the irregularities all to no avail.. I switched to banana recipe, folic acid and vit b6 on a regular in December 2019.… oohhh God while trying to fight for myself and nothing was working,I became worried and I started pressuring DH to go for sperm count test.. OMG when we found out it was just 15million I cried,.. we started another journey again.. doctor prescribed Adyzoa and enhanz for him, and I added vit E to it cos I read about it from this thread, for good 3 month DH was on this drugs. went for another test and count had increased to 45million with very poor viscosity. doctor advised him to continue with the treatment since there was a reasonable difference. this time doctor added manix. meanwhile we kept on trying every month still nothing happened... in March 2020, a friend introduced me to a gynaecologist she claimed worked for her.. this man ruined everything for me.. he didn't recommended any test for me.. after explaining my journey to him, he concluded that I wasn't ovulating. next thing he gave me drugs that included ( vit E, clomid, fertile support for women and ovamine).. hmmm.. at the end of that cycle I was in severe pains on the left side of my pelvis, as soon as AF showed up, I went for scan only to find a massive growth of cyst in both left and right ovaries. I gave up .. I asked for councel here and majority of our sabi Mama's advised I allow it shrink naturally to prevent further complications which I did..only took warm water first thing in the morning and last thing at night.. from April when it was discovered till August I took absolutely nothing like drugs and I cut off junk. I repeated the scan sometimes around October and it was all gone.. meanwhile hubby too was still battling with his counts from 65million which was the highest we got it ran down to 5million ( worst than where we started from) don't really know what caused it, all the doctor said was the viscosity was really bad and could be the cause.. hmm. at this point I made myself a promise that I wouldn't use any form of medication again until I was sure DH sperm count was owk and stable. we needed help so he called his mum in sagamu and explained everything we've been through to her, she swung into action and promised her son it would be over soon ..in early Nov DH went home and came back with an Eva can of herbs that he was to mix with liquid milk and take morning and night.. second week of Jan he went for another count test and he was 85 million. people of God that's how I waited for AF till I confirmed conception..

Please note that I never relented in prayers. both midnight and day time. infact I intensified prayers after the cyst episode..

please work with a doctor that knows his onion not one that assumes that all fertility issues are same with all women (my mistake).. it appears that all along the sperm count was 80% the issue we had but I complicated issues with both self medication and yeye doctors with their assumptions without proper diagnosis... what God cannot do doesn't exist .. baby dust to all Going to conceive mother's.

To God be ALL the glory, I got my BFP and Blood test confirmed it. The IVF/ICSI(One ovary, 6 follices was seen, 2embryo was transferred and 600thousand sperm count) was done at Kingswill fertility hospital at Festac after 7years and 10month waiting, he gave me and my husband birthday gift! This is coming after over 7years and 10month of TTC. I prayed to God to show me congratulations ma. I need this testimony in my life in Jesus mighty name, Amen.

*RESEARCH, research & more research! Pls. don’t put yourself 100% in ANY doctor’s hands without researching your options & being able to request whatever will benefit you and support from a lot of people on the group

*Insisting on the cancellation because of the two embryo but the doctor encourage me to proceed that God can perform wonder's.

In this successful cycle my lining was 9.4mm before intro of progesterone & 11.1mm on day of embryo Transfer.

*Castor oil pack on tummy almost daily for about two weeks

*Sometimes soaking feet in hot water for 20 minutes, before bed (also to increase blood flow to uterus) before retrieval

* Taking pineapple core for five days after transfer

*Insisting on Day 5 transfer: I had made up my mind after research that even if all our embryos appeared to be struggling, no Day 2 or 3 transfer; if they all died before Day 5, so be it. Luckily we had 80% ICSI fertilisation.
*After the transfer, taking DAILY injections (with Dr’s permission) 2ml Gestone and 400mg cyclogest; quite painful & bum already feels like a pin cushion but for me no sacrifice is too much.

What I’ve learnt (the hard way) on my long, long TTC journey:
No doctor, spouse, family or friend, can desire my success more than my own self: I am my own best advocate! My sisters, despite glowing recommendations of any fertility clinic/Dr, do your own research. Never be afraid to ask questions and always try to go with your gut feelings; run/’talk to your feet’ if you have integrity concerns about any of them; I have also learned that though often tedious and inconvenient, it pays to try to prepare as much as one humanly can (castor oil, massage, foot soak, taking Dhea, vit c, vit e, vit d and folic acid etc), before the embryo transfer and above all, to always pray for God’s mercy & intervention

Thank you to the mummies in the house for support. The Almighty that started his miracle will perfect it to nine month. My prayer is that God will answer every one too. Love you All
