Traders Lament As Onion Bag Worth N35k Crashes to N7k In Kano.

Despite the make believe going on on social media by some unscrupulous elements for the public to believe that the ongoing cattle and foodstuff embargo placed on the southern part of Nigeria by it's northern counterparts is having adverse effects on the south, it has become evident this morning that the effect of the embargo is more felt by the northerners as there has been a serious economic stagnancy ever since the embargo started.

The surplus of foodstuff and inability to effectively feed cattles is already causing a huge mayhem in the northern part of the country as a report by Daily Trust as claimed that the farmers and marketers at the Gun-Dutse onion market, Dawakin Kudu Local government Area of Kano State, Are Lamenting the effect of the ongoing strike by cows and foodstuff sellers.

It's going down to 1200 per bag. That's when those aboki will grow sense forcefully. I'm happy no southern governors including the middlebelt has shown panic. For calling their bluffs mean we are heading somewhere in the south.

I pity the producers whom the actions taken by the northern foodstuff union officials have resulted to their big losses after going through hard labour and spending huge amount of money on irrigation farming during this dry season period.

The neighbouring countries the union is asking foodstuff marketers to divert their goods to, can't buy all those commodities being diverted and this will result to huge losses not only to the producers but also the marketers.

So the boycotting and diversion of these commodities is a wrong step.

You must be a kid

You don’t know yoruba .. even tho you’re Yoruba

Or

I’m chatting with a kid that don’t know modus operanti of southwest politicians

Yoruba and media propaganda are inseparable

Even with the exit of print media.. their online urchins are pulling.

Only that Yoruba propaganda is getting outdated and not serious

No one takes it serious again

Look at this northern and southern embargo they’re pushing.. even tho yoruba knows too well that they fight is between Yoruba and Hausa farmers

What do you call it

Are people pushing it not paid to push it?

Or you think they’re out here on a flat stomach?

Wake up
