People now go to church for selfies and videos to post on social media.

Pastors now have make-up artists more like it’s a show.

For the past 4 years I don’t think I’ve gone to church. Not like I’ve lost my religion cos I still totally believe and trust in God. But I’m still asking, am I committing sin?

As long as you're not living a life of sin and still keep building up yourself spiritually, you'd be fine.

Simplest Answer, were you not going there to Visit God in the past?

Thus, When God said He would Leave those Places, which He has now done, what then are you going there for?

I have not gone to church for about the same period of time as you, except for weddings and celebrations.

And since God has left there, they are simply Event Centres and Places of Entertainment or Annoyance whichever plays out!

But, you can not do without the Food of The Bible (KJV), that One is Indispensable, For God has Not Separated Himself from His Word, therefore, you will be fine there if you Truly Eat His Words

If not, you will Surely Die!

although i dont go to church that often but one day I decided to go to church and after the mass a lady came to me we sat down and she started preaching to me. at first she thought I was shy because I couldn't look at her face. she kept on preaching I was trying to focus but no way. I asked God what kind of temptation is this why is her boobs exposed I know she purposely did that way she's looking for who she will seduce .you see.. going to church does not guarantee you heaven and someone who donsen't can still make heaven it's vice versa

Interesting. What makes you think God has left the church? Can u be more specific. Do u mean Nigerian Church or the church in general?

No, but do not leave the word of God. The Church is expected to build our believe in God just like our classrooms are for learning and getting better. The Church activities should be engaged with a high level of spirituality because there are benefits attached. For I will advice you key into a Bible believing Church that will continually grow your understanding and believe in God's word.

It is morally bad to entirely disconnect with the church. Come to think of it if everyone is not going to church, the church will collapse.Is good to hear the word of God once in while and churches need maintenance, new churches have to be built. Churches like Catholic Church that have the world biggest humanitarian aid (Caritas) have to keep reaching out to people in need.

So even if one is not going to church you have to keep contact with the church and support good work been carried out by the church.
