I would have said u should go for H.pylori test if ur faeces wasn't watery but that loose stool coupled with blood u are passing out may be an indicator of rectal damage or dysentry The bacteria E.coli is most likely doing damage to ur system

Too much of sugar, in your diet and this blood sign show that pile is on it way, mind what you eat for now if not your anus will shoot out, I have treated cases like but am not a doctor
