Jabi is a lot bigger, but they do have some similarities. I think I prefer a medium size mall to a large scale mall. Many outlets in Jabi mall isn’t occupied. But with Kunoch I believe it will be mostly occupied as it will serve new Owerri. Better to have 10 medium size mostly occupied malls, than to have 5 gigantic malls with many outlets unoccupied.

You are right, those panel are for solar energy generation. Sustainability is one of the key attributes of the project. You can also see a lot of translucent glass exterior from the design, this is to allow natural light to permit through.

No I don't have pictures, but I held it's located off ph road, a 5 floor shopping complex, with underground car park like it's Abuja branch

I believe the project is currently on halt for now. Covid has disrupted the entertainment/hospitality industry. The speculative news is that they will pick up as soon as the hospitality industry stabilize.

If the Supreme Court governor is fixing all these roads in Owerri, Abagworo, which durable roads did Rochas construct then?

I just hope we have passed the era of China roads so that the next administration will not return to rehabilitating these roads again.

there are roads that actually fail in the first few months of construction i nigeria..in that situation it isn't maintainance but down right poor construction

I hope they improve the architecture of the Owerri complex, there Abuja complex is quite mundane. Have they started the project?

There prices are relatively affordable, so it is a good addition to Owerri.

One thing I like about the current administration is bringing the dividends of governance to people's door step. Streets are being marked for construction. Drainages are also being paid attention to. If the underground drainage system is completed, things would get a lot better.

Yes they have even finished the super structure, on the design part, I hope it was improved on, because letting to be uninspiring, we be bad for business.
Owerri residents are getting used to modern plazas.
I pray the defunct Aladinma mall is sold to a retail chain like spar or next

Perhaps if they use iron bars that restrict certain type of cars, have drainage system, then you shouldn't worry much about street roads and it's standard.
