Owerri seems to be upholding the status as the busiest domestic airport in the country.

I stand to be corrected, but i think this estate in Owerri has the highest concentration of exquisite and well-appointed mansions and duplexes in the entire south-east and south-south. Anyway he is doing his best, rural roads are included but quite small, but I believe when the urban roads are done, rural roads will get more attention.

Owerri, Okigwe and Orlu were the urban centers for which the present Imo state was created for urban development, and possibly create new urban areas for the people of Imo state.

But Crooks in high and low positions in Imo state have made Owerri to be seen as the only urban area. Orlu and Okigwe in their estimates must be kept as rural areas. Imo state losses funds that should have gone to provide urban infrastructures to Orlu and Okigwe to these crooks in high places, supported by their praise singers for Owerri to remain the only urban center in Imo state.
Therefore, Imo state remains the only state in the east with only the state capital as a place with modern urban development institutions and amenities. Sorry for my dear state.

It’s like Hope Uzodinma is ready to play COWARD by not locating IMSU permanent in Ideato where IMSG started in 2012 to build the structures for IMSU.

At best, leave one or two faculties of IMSU in the present TETFUND houses in the Owerri site of IMSU, take the rest of the faculties to Umuna Okigwe and Ideato.

No heavens can fall for doing that. It’s rather a gain for Imo state.

Africans will never develop anything. He who wants equity must come with a clean hand. The constitution did not stipulate certain facilities of IMSU should be located at Umuna, Okigwe or Ideato.
