Note that the MSc Biomedical course in Hull is not accredited by IBMS AND HCPC. NHS, the highest employer of biomedical scientists, will not employ anyone whose degree are not accredited by these agencies.

Look for school that is accredited by IBMS, as it the only route of HCPC registration. Check the following info for IBMS postgraduate accredited degrees and other info:

Then came the longest wait ever! On the 15th working day when I didn't hear from them, I sent a paid mail. They replied the next day saying a decision hadn't been made on my app. Omo, I tire. My TB test certificate expired the next day.

On the 2nd of March, I got a mail from UKVi requesting proof that I have been attending lectures which I got from my school and immediately submitted to them.

I started rejoicing and hoping for a response soon. Then boom I was sent an interview mail on the 8th of March, and the interview was scheduled for the 9th of March by 2 pm. I prayed and prepared. I couldn't even sleep that night but God isn't man, he doesn't break his promises.

On the 9th, I got a call by 2 min past 2 pm and the interview lasted for 14mins. I was surprised o cos I had already prepared myself for an hour-long drilling but God showed himself merciful.

On the 11th of March, I got collection mail with my visa intact. What God cannot do does not exist. �����

Now I can sleep well.

I have met some truly supportive people on this platform, who kept checking in and encouraging me, may God bless you all. Thanks for all the support, answers to my questions, and information shared on this platform.

Ps :- I drafted this message in faith on the 9th of March, the same day I did my interview.

Mine came from UKVI Pretoria also. I just need an email address so my sponsor can reach out to them

Like I said, used the paid mail, likewise what is on ur refusal email. Thats what we did. You have to be able to take chances and risks. Time is not on your side any longer. Except maybe you intend to go via AR. Have you even checked the ukvi website? To know the email used? Please make extra effort to do that.

One of the main requirements for POF is that the funds is readily available for your use. So, if the effective available balance on your statement doesn’t show your money, it’s pretty much not useful.

I guess it is so because you printed the statement of account when is not up to 28days as agreed by u and the lender. On the 28th day, u will be notified to print out ur statement of account (the loan will reflect in ur balace) aftwards the money will be removed from your account

I am in the process of filling visa application.

I will be declaring the 2 refusals I have , Uk and Australia.

I have refusal letter only for UK, and non for Australia. I actually applied as part of supporters club group for commonwealth games in Australia 2018, but refusal was collective while passport was returned unstamped.

Do I just explain that refusal was collective in the ‘give more details on the reason for refusal’ or is there a more appropriate term I could use to explain this.

What you need to do is to contact the school to find out if they also have accreditation for Msc or undergraduate one covers both, they will not give you a misleading answer, that will help you make an informed decision .

If the American has been resident in Nigeria for up to 12months, he/she has to do this test

Not all course require accreditation at all. Just that most courses that deals with health especially related to NHS.

...just to add .. it will not harm your application if you give a brief explanation in your application form why you are going for second masters, don’t be surprised if you are asked such question during interview if you are called for one.

Just prepare your mind along that line.

Guys, the account I am using for proof of fund is an account that isn’t being used actively. The funds are there but transactions are not done on a regular basis. The funds have been actively in the account for 1 year and it is strictly for my tuition & maintenance. I asked the bank to print a 28 day’s statement, and the transaction history is less than 20 activities. Is this a problem?

It depends. If the transaction started at the beginning of the 28day to the end, you don't have any problem. Else I'd suggest you run another one, and start paying in as little as ₦500 into that account at least twice or thrice a week until 28days. Also run a transaction before you print your statement.
