I follow this thread and sometimes it's frustrating to see notifications for 30 - 50 new posts talking about admission opportunities.

I can understand the utility of these info, but I don't think this is the right thread for that

it is not all information on this thread that is of use to everybody, any one that is not necessary to you, you just move on, some of the information he is posting on this thread are of great help to a lot of us, please do not discourage him.

This place is for visa folks and those with more targeted questions, not people still starting early navigation—though they can be helped if they have done serious leg work and are specific. Do you go to the embassy without an admission offer? Or does admission/school/scholarship info fall from the sky?

Or maybe you think the group was created for sharing of transcripts only?

have you not seen people discussing about schools, scholarship, payment for fees, GRE, etc. are they visa related, if the information shared is not useful to you, why dont let those of us that find it useful be.

Research projects may be related to:
Evaluating risk assessment frameworks for new, emerging technologies used in food and agriculture;

from WES, GRE to admissions and Visa from this thread. If this thread doesn’t exist, I wouldn’t make it to USA. So please just pack your things, unfollow the thread if you are not comfortable with those posts

You can interpret "general" or any word however you wish. But the point remains that it does not make sense to use two whole pages to show admissions stuff that can be easily gotten elsewhere, thereby impeding people's ability to surf through really important stuff. A link or a referral to the original source will suffice. Why post individual details of several schools (and take up several pages) when you can just give people a single link to go figure out their way?

You can pay any one you want first but remember sevis fee must be paid before going for visa interview because the receipt is needed during visa interview. You can feel free to contact me for Sevis fee payment.

Also I advise you don’t pay your visa fee via mobile app if you don’t have Internet banking on your GTBank because of the visa fee receipt that you will need to print.

If you pay via GTBank app you won’t see the receipt unless you go and login via your internet banking and download the receipt.

Personally I think the scholarship guy should create a new thread *i.e USA scholarship/Research opportunities* people will always access it from there, if he wishes to post it here then he can make the post as short as possible and provide a link, this is my candid opinion.

That's sheer exploitation, they're trying to pry from your desperation. He/She doesn't work a as VO, so what's the assurance you'll get the visa. Interview season is coming, we can review past transcripts and work from there.

I enrolled and started my program online for the spring. Paid a deposit for my tuition. Now I'm planning to reapply for visa to go continue my program in in-person. Does the 120 days to resumption before applying for visa apply to my case. Or can I apply anytime since I'm already a student of the school? Please I need advice. Thanks
