So what is the incentive for insurance companies to bear the risk of liability for your accidents?

This doesn’t bother me one bit , I’m happy that the government won. She was old enough to know that joining ISS was a deadly decision.

I have no sympathy for her at all or anyone that takes path

Imagine doing all that and government allows her to come back then put on benefits while we work and pay her to sit at home planning another attack?

But it sends a dangerous message....

The girl is British (born and raised ) and never had another passport . To think the government got away with passing her off to another country or making her stateless is troubling .

I am not advising people to engage in criminality but the way you guys portray the system to be is not like so. The Uk system is built on lies and deceit. I know this is a faceless forum everybody get he own thing.

What's the big deal about this UK sef? Maybe cos it's relatively easier to get into, and could be a stepping stone to better countries?

Oh please stop this!, she is British born so what? So she has the right to travel to another country to take part in killing and destroying another human being then come back to the UK? To do what?

For some of you with this sympathetic feeling towards her, what do you expect the govt to do?

I couldn't give a toilet brush about her statelessness status, she deserves worst than that.

She was British so how can UK pass her to another country. ...... (that the part I think is a dangerous message ) It like me saying my son is so troublesome so he would bear Justwise surname. It should never be allowed

What she did is not excusable but you cannot pass someone to another country...... what if she was pure white British. What country would they have passed her to. She never owned a second passport so how ideally should not be stateless

How about Jack Letts? He is as white as it can get but he was also stripped of his British citizenship for fighting with isis.

Did Canada take him in?

Look at it this way.

If you drive well for like 5 years after getting your full license. Then you enter into the half and half group like I suggested.

While halving the something and you now go an bash somebody side mirror, you’ll go relegation and start paying full with normal tariff increases adjustments like for another 5 years or so until you’re eligible for the chop I chop group again.

I feel it’ll be a strong incentive to drive carefully.

As the Canadian government said the UK had "off-loaded" its responsibilities...... shamefully getting away with it for dual nationality.

So what going to happen to pure British. Who will the UK Government pass it to...... while I don't support terrorism, no government should be able to do this

It's not like they stripped her of the country whilst she was in the UK. She had already left the country, and so the UK simply said don't come back.

Also remember the home secretary that did it was South Asian like her. The Home secretary that upheld the decision is also South Asian like her.

I don't think it's sympathy. Will the British government accept the white widow if/when she eventually gets arrested in say Kenya/somaliland?

This Begum girl was 'groomed' in the UK at 14/15, she was seen as a victim of online terrorist grooming immediately she left and all efforts were on to rescue her....but after her interview where she showed no remorse it was obvious there was no coming back.

She is probably even safer where she is now because if she land I'm sure ther will be people who will go after her. Then they will start to ask for protection for her on top of the benefits she will recieve.

It will also encourage other people too to try the nonsense knowing that they will be forgiven and allowed to return home.

Am not showing any sympathy for her case. But like Lagosismyhome asked: what if she was pure white British? Will the government pass her on to another country?
This case has set unprecedented scenario that can happen in the future.
Imagine a new government comes into power and they declare everyone who is considered a second class British citizen (either by birth or acquired) should leave the country? This can surely happen. Let’s us be factual please.

I doubt they will, they will probably allow Kenyan govt deal with her .

I don't think she was innocent girl who was groomed or forced to do stuff, she and her other friends went for something they wanted.

They were begged for years to come back but no, they were busy making videos bad mouthing Uk and glorifying their atrocities.

She only want to come back now because ISIS is 'defeated', nah! she should enjoy it there
