God bless you. Adaka Boro's declaration of Niger Delta Republic had nothing to do with Ojukwu and Ironsi on personal level. That was February 1966. It is hatred for Igbo and fear of Biafran unity that they are still fighting.

The Niger Delta Republic declared by Boro had no Igbos in it. There is a difference between the Niger Delta Republic declared by Boro and the actual definition of Niger Delta. That declared by Boro was made up of Bayelsa and Ijaw areas of Rivers State that were part of Eastern region then.

Good, so what happens to igbos in Delta and Rivers State if your new Republic comes to life, I really think we need to talk the truth about the past, strengthen the present and move into the future with a better plan and understanding, please note and tell your brothers that the igbos are not interested in your oil, we can pay for it, the coast also can be paid for, just the way we have bought all over Lagos. They had no mandate to make any such agreements for Nigeria. And If you insist that Military Government has the mandate to make such agreements , you must also agree that another Military Government has the mandate to quash it. Period. Such agreements cannot even be made by a democratic National Assembly. A referendum is required. I’m not aware that Aburi was a Nigerian referendum.
