Better hygiene, wash your clothes better, especially inside the clothes, wash your towels very well more regularly, your pillow cases and sheets should be changed regularly. Finally, shave pubic areas well and regularly. STOP USING DETOL AND IZAL. You cannot substitute DETOL and IZAL for good hygien. Some skin conditions are made worse by DETOL and IZAL.

I've had this recurrent skin issue for about three years now. I've used everything usable both creams and drugs but its not going. Its getting worst, its on my face, breast, neck, all over my back even on my stomach. I don't know what to do again I'm tired

I'll like this moved to the front page for more views because I'm getting frustrated and my husband is getting impatient

I use dettol or izal to bath and I bath twice a day sometimes 3 times depending on d weather so I won't say its uncleanliness

The Portuguese is back in the Premier League following his sacking by Manchester United in December 2018 as he replaces Mauricio Pochettino

Tottenham have confirmed the appointment of Jose Mourinho as their new manager on a contract that runs until 2023.

The announcement comes less than a day after Mauricio Pochettino was sacked by the club following a poor start to the 2019-20 season.

Spurs currently sit in 14th place in the Premier League table having collected just three wins from their first 12 league games, while they also suffered a 7-2 thrashing at the hands of Bayern Munich in the Champions League.

Mourinho has been out of management since December 2018 when he was dismissed by Manchester United and the three-time Premier League winner has explained why he decided to take the Spurs job.

"I am excited to be joining a club with such a great heritage and such passionate supporters," Mourinho said in a club statement .

"The quality in both the squad and the academy excites me. Working with these players is what has attracted me."

The 56-year-old is no stranger to London having spent over five years at Stamford Bridge in charge of Chelsea where he won the domestic title three times across two separate stints.

And Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy has stressed that Mourinho's strong track record of silverware made him the ideal choice to replace Pochettino, who had been at the helm since 2014.

"In Jose we have one of the most successful managers in football," Levy said.

"He has a wealth of experience, can inspire teams and is a great tactician. He has won honours at every club he has coached.

"We believe he will bring energy and belief to the dressing room."

Along with his Premier League success, Mourinho has also won the Champions League twice, with Porto and Inter respectively.

Despite his dismissal from Manchester United in December 2018, Mourinho still managed to win the Europa League and Carabao Cup during his two-and-a-half-year spell with the Red Devils.

The former Real Madrid manager's first match as Spurs boss will see him face West Ham in the Premier League on Saturday, while it's expected the Portuguese will watch over his first training session later on Wednesday.

Fela and his siblings all took their light complextion from their mother, Mrs Ransome Kuti.

Dr Beko was the lightest.

I cant help you research on elbow contrast but Fela was naturally light complexioned. I believe his habits with drinks and smoke may have even darkened him than he was naturally.

Let me know if your Prof accept your thesis on the subject.

Knuckles elbows knees and ankles are always darker than the rest of the body. That a person is darker in one of these parts is not a conclusive evidence of bleaching

It's obvious Fela bleached his skin. You can see the contrast in the colour of his skin and that of the lady in the picture.
You can see his natural colour here. You can observe that his knuckles are the same shade of black as other parts of his body.

The Court of Appeal sitting in Kaduna, has ordered fresh election into Kiru/Bebeji Constituency Federal Constituency seat of Kano State.

Former chairman of the House of Representatives Committee on Appropriations, Abdulmumin Jibrin was declared the winner of the election for the seat in February but the results were challenged by Aliyu Datti Yako, candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.

The petition of the PDP candidate was dismissed at the election petition but he appealed the judgment.

Justice Ajoke Adepoju who delivered the judgment said the entire election conducted in the two local governments of Kiru and Bebeji could not stand as the final result contained in Form EC ( cool

Witnesses are hypocrites. They don't practice what they preach. They segregate even amongst the Christian faith, just as op is doing now trying to show how better his sect is, they preach hate against the government in a subtle manner, which is why they are being 'persecuted' even when Jesus and Paul asked Christians to obey constituted authorities, they claim that other Christians are not worshipping the Almighty, etc.
