gambudu: ummmmm my brother!!! how many times did i call ur name?i have gotten all d necessary info abt d airman, even his senior in d job just told me abt d issue.I am patiently waiting for the JTF spokesman to comeout and openly deny that the person in d video is not an airman.Turning to TVC news....
I would have love to watch the news but no light in my area now maybe later at night.

Nnabugwu8590: My dear, that is not a strong excuse for you not to tell us your own idea to the questions being asked.
Remember that your expected answers are directly/indirectly stand to be a solution in favour of Nigerian Military which you are a potential part of the system.
Take care!!!
Though, it's detailed and I can't type all but in a nutshell, the Nigerian armed forces should look into the both internal (infiltrators, armoury, personnel welfare, benefits and remunerations) and external forces (financial, physical and moral supporters of boko boys), and create an adequate measures to counter terrorist (boko boys)

gambudu: wat of d isreali soldier dat was captured in gaza last week.abi u no dey listen to news.Assuming e died by bullets, dat wuld av been better but not by slaughter.Chaiiiiiiii undecided
That's true sha but you know Nigeria nah. The example is the video that went on viral concerning a lady that was stone to death, it didn't occurred in Nigeria but most people believed that it's boko haram handwork. So, we shouldn't attach unnecessary fears to our mind towards this boko boys.

Is this true or a framework to scared and demoralized the officers? Cos, i think about it i came with a conclusion: "how on earth is that possible to capture a single officer since the armed forces works in team when carrying out a mission" He should be one of their betrayal member

Today makes it a month the forms closed (24th of June to 23rd of July).@ Nnabugwu8590, carrot and stick leadership style is using a motivational factors to boost the output of workforces in an organization (where carrot is output and stick is the workforce). *one of the Management leadership style* while the question 1&2 depends on individual perspectives.

DrCaleb: To those who know much about the Nigerian army, can an officer who applied via the SSC process switch to the DSSC in d course of d militry service. Is there any lawyer, Accountant, Doctor in the house that applied for SSC?
You can never see those three professions that applied thru ssc, not even when their discipline was enlisted in the vacancy. Besides, any other discipline you see that applied via ssc was because their discipline wasn't enlisted. So, I guess you made a great mistake by applying thru ssc while you belong to any of the three professions you've aforementioned.

kunlexyfred: Bros, are u sure u attended SSC board last year?
Makurdi ke?
@ d question, SSC venue was NDA old site, kaduna
Bros, I didn't apply though, but I followed up the recruitment. NDA old site was for the ssc training venue not the venue for the selection board interview.

ozyfire: Pls aws if we are shortlisted what state of venue would there use..is it our state of origin
Or residence..pls ooo 4rm xperience
Last year venue for dssc selection board interview took place at enugu while the ssc selection board interview took place at makurdi. So, I guess it would be the same venue this year.

Ademolu2002: All i know is dat they will release d list b4 December. I even learnt dat the recruitment is going to be twice a year frm dis year on becos of the current insurgency and that they are expanding d training facilities for d intended massive intake.
I knw God will help us.
Your statement is contradicting each other. If you're aware the list will be release b4 December, how is it going to be possible to recruit twice in a year? Is either the list show any moment from now to enable the double recruitment (as you've said)in a year or the list is release towards December and only this recruitment is allowed for this year.

poundsmaker: Based on the analysis from previous recruitment, it shows that 2010 and 2012 was concluded very fast while 2011 and 2013 took long. Meanwhile, I anticipated 2014 will be concluded very fast too. Furthermore, the intervals of the commencement of the forms for sales and the closure period was one (1) month four (4) days (12 april 2012-16 may 2012) while the released of the selection board list interval from closed dates was one (1) month eleven (11) days (released on June 27, 2012) while the final list was release one (1) month thirteen (13) days (final list was released on August 10, 2012) after the selection board interview conducted (this analysis is deduced from 2012 recruitment and it took the same dimension with 2010 recruitment). My point is for this 2014 recruitment, the selection board interview list should be expected by this July ending or first week of August.
The non extension of closure date shows is not significant in our analysis since the list is not out on 15 or 16 (today) of July, 2014. So let's keep our arms cross and stay alert till the month end or first week of August, 2014. Peace y'all.

gambudu: Am sure 99.9% of pple here will put NA as their last option. NAF & NN enjoy better benefits than NA. Even NA officers will tell you that "it's dulness to be in the army"........they say dis all d time.NDA language
Contributing to what Gen. oluseye said, since it's this HTACOS that's binding the three armed forces, there's no differences in them regarding the benefits and emoluments. Only that the Army has more population than the others and that's why they call themselves MOTHER OF THE ARMED FORCES.

gambudu: But pounds if u have d opportunity of choosing from the 3 arms of service, which would u go for?
As at last year, I listed them in order of priority as follows: NAF, NA & NN but as at ending last year when I wasn't shortlisted for the NAF, I rearranged it as follows: NA, NAF & NN. Answering your question, the first priority is what I choose while the second and the last are just back up plan.

gambudu: yea,but not when u choose a path for God to follow. HE(GOD) chooses how he wants it done. simple.
Yeah, but if you're succeeding in a path then God want you there not you would determined it except God.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Nigerian Army DSSC and SSC 2014 Aspirants by poundsmaker(m): 2:25pm On Jul 15, 2014
It's possible though, but it depends on the path God Has laid down for you to achieve your success, some might be self help while some might be someone's help. God will surely answered some other people prayers but not directly like this. What wouldn't be wouldn't be and vice versa, everything laid on your destiny. Far beyond scientists reasoning.
