As a Man U fan, I can say you have spoken well but the fact remains that no matter the philosophy of any coach, not having the players to execute it means doom.
Truth is, most of the players are dead wood.
Only one or two of them can get close to the bench of uniteds main competitors.
Some of the will struggle to be part of some championship teams that I watch regularly.
The guy will be able to rebuild come the end of the season as long as they can move some players on. Only of the problems that the team has in PSR is not about the cost of bringing some of the players in. Rather , it is their weekly wages. If they can push out Casemiro, Rashford both on over 300k out, Erickson and Anthony on close to 200k out and get in some good legs, the story will change.

Will you agree with me that just 4 good players in can change the fortune of this team ? A good striker, a good central midfielders and one or two others. There are still some fair players on ground that the coach can work with
