Hmm, I beg you don't know how politics work at all in Nigeria.
When analysing politics in Nigeria, you must consider many factors which you seem not to consider.
you must consider tribalism, religion, incumbency even before competency.you must also consider vote buying .
you are basing your analysis on competency, which will make it fail.
in the far North, Atiku is first and Tinubu will follow closing due to religious affiliation, and vote buying, Tinubu will spend a lot of money there through the governors and his foot soldiers but Atiku will definitely win him.
in the north Central, Obi and Tinubu will drag it but Obi edged out Tinubu in the last election using religion, mu-mu ticket, People in the North Central especially in Christian won't see anything different between Obi and Tinubu based on religion affliction, so they may probably vote for Tinubu, remember Tinubu still have footsoldiers there , vote buying will definitely work there .
in the south west, Tinubu will clear it based on tribalism.
He will convincedly win Lagos, because mu-mu fear is no longer there.
