But the issue here is that Tinubu claimed he attended Primary and Secondary schools and even included affidavits showing school names and year he graduated when he contested Lagos Govornor.


How come he is now hiding the same Primary and Secondary schools he said he attended? Maybe because the old boys association of those schools came out to say he didn't attend their school so he decided to hide which means perjury offense.


Tinubu should bring back the affidavit he used in his Governorship form so the public can scrutinize it. He should have stated from the start that he didn't attend Primary and Secondary schools and that would have been settled.


People claiming he worked with Mobil, etc, so many employees of big conglomerates in Nigeria and abroad are all using forged certificates. I know someone that works in a firm that helps to verify employees' certificates and if I tell you how many top managers and directors of big firms you know that have been fired because of forged certificate you will be shocked.



Nigerians should stop being daft, there is nothing wrong in asking for accountability from a Presidential aspirant no matter who he is.



Tinubu ought to be charged for perjury if he refuses to stick to the same affidavit he used in his Governorship form.

Oga back in the days you must not attend secondary school to go to university.. U could learn at home and make ur olevels or a levels. Example.. My own dad did not go to secondary school because he was an orphan.. But as he was teaching after his primary school he started to learn at home for he's London GCE.. He would receive the topic and subject by post and when you are done, they will send u exam by post you will answer and send back. That was how he obtained his London GCE o and A levels.. And proceed to unn, oau ife and finally to UK to study... So it wasn't a must to go to secondary, if u were bright you could also obtain ur o levels from home..

He rose professionally with Arthur Andersen & Deloitte as a professional and joined Exxon Mobil to become its treasurer barely 40 years old.

He masterminded an opposition with a seed of one state of Lagos after 2007 general election to become a winning party in a space of 8 years.

He mainly utilises intelligent people to fill critical positions, something not common with an average Nigerian politician. Little wonder people even want the Osinbajo he annointed as VP to take over as president in 2023.

He was visionary as a lagos state governor from 1999-2007 and masterminded a strong IGR drive that many state govts now copy. Waste management techniques, transportation BRT schemes and road construction, even education where some missionary schools were returned to missionaries, millenium schools e.t.c, investment e.g Econet deal, bond strategy to finace infrastructure, power plant project e.g Enron deal, lekki free trade zone, eko atalantic, railway. E.t.c some where. He was fighting many battles as an opposition governor against a PDP controlled by Obasanjo who i can beat my chest is not halfway as intelligent as a Tinubu. Some allocations for state were seized during his tenure because he was smart to create Local council development area to spread development.

I have studied him enough to understand this is surely an intelligent person.

I'm from akwa IBOM and if we had the money Lagos has for over 20 years we will surely be competing with cities like capetown .

Wanna know how I knew? In 15 years we have done alot from lifting akwa IBOM from a common passerby state to one of the top 5 best states in Nigeria.

Many projects in akwa ibom are coming to life.
We have ibom air

We have many factories springing up.
Uyo is clean, beautiful.
With the kind of money Lagos has, we would had probably have an intra state railway.
Go check akwa ibom master plan and u will see wonders.
If we keep going like this, not even Lagos will see our back in 30 years time.
Although I confess Lagos will still be richer than us like it is richer than Kigali, Cairo etc.. but we will be more beautiful, cleaner, developed than Lagos.

And by the way go and check Anambra is one of the least poverty state today compared to others states. I think in the top4 self.

There's nothing special about what you saw compared to other States who also came from behind to be where they are presently in terms of development. Mind you Lagos has always been ahead of other states right before the periods you stated. So that in itself shouldn't be a good reason to support Tinunbu's presidency. He rented an apartment in ikoyi, but after he joined politics, he left the apartment for his wife and family and came down to Onitsha. former governor of Anambra State, Mr. Peter Obi, has confirmed THISDAY’s exclusive report on Tuesday that his apartment was one of the many searched by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), following the discovery of N13.3 billion in a neighbouring apartment (Flat 7B) at Osborne Towers, Ikoyi, by the commission last week.

In a follow-up to the information provided by the whistle blower who blew the lid on the cash found in Apartment 7B and further information that there was more cash stashed away in another apartment in the same luxury complex, the EFCC had obtained a warrant from the court to search all the flats in the building.

Accordingly, it notified all the occupants of the building that its operatives would search all the flats to ascertain the veracity of the information provided by the whistle blower who works in the complex.

By Monday, the commission had searched 21 of the apartments including those belonging to the former National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Alhaji Adamu Mu’azu, who developed the sky-rise residential building.

A statement on Tuesday by Obi’s media aide, Mr. Val Obienyem, said the former governor has confirmed the search by the EFCC of Flat 1 occupied by him in the building.

Responding to enquiries from the press, Obienyem, who revealed that the ex-governor’s primary residence is in Onitsha, Anambra State, he added that the apartment rented by Obi’s wife, Margaret, is usually used by the former governor anytime he is in Lagos
Obienyem, who cautioned mischief makers against linking Obi to the cash haul, made it clear that the entire occupants of the building were also searched.

“Even though Mr. and Mrs. Obi had travelled to the UK and U.S. for speaking engagements, when he was informed of the search, he quickly sent the keys to the 4-bedroom apartment to the EFCC via courier today (yesterday).
“He even left instructions that we should allow them to also search his Onitsha residence should there be need for that
“After a thorough search, nothing was found in the apartment,” Obienyem said.
Obienyem revealed that during the search, one of the operatives of the EFCC was overheard expressing doubt if the apartment had anything to do with Obi, citing the fact that it was the simplest in terms of furnishing and reflective of his ascetic lifestyle.

A source also revealed to THISDAY that Obi learnt of the search warrant obtained from the EFCC from his neighbour, Chairman/CEO of Zinox Technologies Limited, Mr. Leo Stan Ekeh, who has two children living in the apartment building.
One of his sons, Nnamdi, 24, who is a resident of Osborne Towers, is a budding entrepreneur and founder of the online shopping portal Yudala.

Ekeh reportedly called Obi at the weekend to inform him that the EFCC had searched his children’s flats and advised him to send his key from London so that his flat could be searched likewise.
Obi, THISDAY gathered, promptly asked his wife to send the key via courier to a family friend to let the EFCC operatives into his flat.
