That's a relevant question and in all fairness the IQ tests are more logic based than artistic and as such play to the strengths of science students. People like Angelo, Mozart, Noam Chomsky and Tai Solarin are praised as "talents" not intelligent, so the IQ charting to me doesn't represent a fair and balanced method of judgment.

Those two words are applicably the same, in this context. Just as we could call Einstein's intelligence talent.

The art student in solving an issue has to reason,think and evaluate a lot of possible answers before actually coming to a conclusion.and not saying the science don't do that.they do it but with rules on how to go about it.

How did they get the rules in the first place?

Every art student must bring something new to the table.

Science too.

In arts you will see a situation where a question has more than 20 answers all with different approach to it and are correct. But in science,a question has only one answer and failure to follow the laid down rules or formula will never get you to the answer.

So which is more tougher/harder and consequently more intelligent?

science is simple.. when reading your textbook, you will understand it bcause you find all topics in chemistry and physics in your daily duty.. but art is full of grammar, history and even politics that you dont experience in ur day to day activity

I don't think there is any level at which you can compare both fields. Art is more about expression and creation while science focuses on discovery and application. Some of the worlds smartest folks were/are in the arts e.g the likes of mozart, bethoven etc.
If I were to answer your question, I would say NO cos like I said earlier, the folks in art seek to create new stuff, while the science folks mostly discover what already exsists and then seek to modify it. I do not think that a science student would do better in arts tho, he/she will most likely perform worse. The art student on the other hand might just trump the science student if he/she ventures into science.

They don't create new stuffs. They modify as scientists do; creating from something already created by G*d(?)
