You can also try Ginger boiled in hot water, add honey and lemon juice.

Do abdominal scan as well as transvaginal scan. It will reveal the cause of the pain.it may be cyst.

In the meantime, start taking ruzu bitters and evening primerose. U can take evening prime rose in the morning then the ruzu bitters in the evening. It will greatly reduce the pains but the flow will be bigger.
