OK. I will try... In those days you need to put three big rock/stones on the ground (each 3 corners) to put firewood in each hole.. then you put pot
on top of that three rock/stones. You need three rock/stones so that your pot of soup will not fall down... you cannot use one or two rock/stones.
So English translations means... If you use three rock/stones to make your local stoves, your soup pot will never fall down.
In the above scenario, if you use three poles, it will be more stable than one.. (Wow! I just did that... without Ph.D in Yoruba/English)

Hajji M.
hahahahaha, ok now I understand. Thanks

Yes. The three legs will meet at the top while they scatter at three different point on the ground...

If you are Yoruba man... "Ariro meta ko le da obe nu" That is not easy to translate to English even with my Ph.D. smiley

Hajji M.
Hahaha @ your translation and PhD, I only know meta(3) other am lost. Thanks for your suggestion anyway, problem shared is halve solved.

See if Extra 2 legs can be added to the one already there... three legs is better than one.

I thought of the that two, three legs that will meet at a point at the top. Am getting a solution.

Attached is a tank stand picture I saw on one of oga Spyders thread, though the picture has nothing to do with the thread just that it's a house close to spyders site.

I am having issue on where to place a conventional tank stand in my house, my builder made a very big mistake by not giving a enough space at the back for it and the house is roofed already. Now I came across this picture below, with this design of a tank stand(one leg) it can fit at the back but my fear is how strong will it be? I don't mind putting the smallest size of tank on it, all I need is tank above even if I will be pumping water every 12 hours.

I need advice on this issue pls. NB: house is upstairs.

Chief Wike was Amaechi's chief of staff from 2007-2011 so if he says a government he was part of is corrupt then he should state the role he played
So when Amaechi says PDP is corrupt he should state the role he played while a pdp member/governor.

DO THEY HAVE PVCs??!!!

This question has been recycled so many times and I am surprised when it comes from people who should know better. Let me try and explain;

(1) Yes, in fact they may have PVCs. I know a few people who came home to register and are coming this week to get their PVCs. Expand your network and get to know more people.
People in Nigeria with PVC are looking for the nearest exit before election and you think any sane person outside Nigeria will come home just to collect pvc and vote.

stronger:
(2) Even if they don't have PVCs, they are stakeholders in the Nigerian project. The diaspora community sends back billions of dollars home EVERY YEAR! That translates to a higher GDP that strengthens the economy. You therefore can NOT neglect them. You must have a onverstaion with them on why they should trust the GMB govt. Why they should consider moving back etc! Think.
Who ever wins the diasporas' will still send money to their relatives. Its independent of who the president is or which party is in power.

This is Chatham House number 020 7957 5700.

Just placed a call to them and the first guy that picked the call transferred me to African section.
The guy at the African section confirmed that at the moment nothing is scheduled not even tomorrow and I asked of Sat. he said the Chatham house is closed weekend. He also confirmed that if any event is going to take place it will be published on their events page and will be streamed live.

My assumption is nothing like that is going to take place since no arrangement is made at this time already.

This is the absolute truth. To make it worse those systems and institutions can never again be present in Nigeria, this is b/c the people that will institute the institution are the corrupt once and I have never seen where somebody blocks where he/she gains from .

We can chant "Change" from now till zillion yrs, that fact still remains "you are on your own" as far as Nigeria and Government is consigned.

Interesting. You are a typical example of an ignorant and unenlightened Nigerian. Buhari rejected the money and gave the woman an additional 1,000,000 Naira and asked the governor to take care of her.
He is dashing out a million naira when Nigerians are doing akawo for him. Hmmm

Why do you like to spin stories like this...... We aren't gullible around here...

It was Gowon that gave us a partial membership with the council and its being renew every time, even OBJ did renew it during his military tenure...
So, GMB did followed them to renew the partial membership but it was IBB that gave us full membership.........

So, don't give us distorted history here
So how do you think Nigerian Muslim community will react if Jona cancel the membership or decline to attend their meetings.

●๋ If Buhari was pictured attending a mosque, and it was
reported that the Imam said 'he would open the gates to hell
upon those who oppose Buhari', and Buhari sat there and
said nothing, what do you think many people would be saying
today?

●๋ If Buhari was pictured going to different mosques and
kneeling before Imams, as part of his campaign, what do we
think the comments would be?

●๋ If Buhari was pictured going on pilgrimage to Mecca,
surrounded by a retinue of fawning Imams, what would the
response be from Nigerians?

●๋ If Buhari invited senior Imams from across the country to a
meeting with him, to discuss the elections and his campaign
strategy, what would the Nigerian people think?

●๋ If Any Imam is manipulated on money for arms deal and it is said Buhari gave him contract 2 import arms 2 fight boko haram since its a northern problem, what do u think Nigerian's response will be?

●๋ GEJ has done all of the above, and we are told he has a right to
do so as a committed christian. Buhari has done none of the
above yet he is called a religious fundamentalist with a plan
to turn Nigeria into an Islamic nation.

●๋ Please examine the facts so we can honestly decide who is
acting like the real religious fundamentalist? Who is using
religious faith as a political ploy to get votes?

●No pastor, Bishop, GO, Reverend Father, Imam etc is GOD.
●They do NOT have the right to tell you who to vote for.
●Go out there and support the candidate of your choice.
●Make your choice based upon who will give you and your children a
better life and a better Nigeria.
The diff is that Islam is too violent so people will be afraid of what will happen if Buhari become too radicalised from those visits. As for Xtians, they are not violent at least they have not waged ant holy way or whatever in any part of Nigeria. In the sixties, seventies, eighties nobody will worry if Buhari or any Muslim leader visit imam or Allah but since some years back some bad muslim has created a bad name for the religion which make people to be weary of them. Two days ago I wanted to enter a bus from Brockley London to New cross, the driver of the bus was a muslim woman with full muslim regalia, the only place you could see of her is her eyes, I entered the bus but many people standing at the bus stop that rushed to enter stopped after noticing the driver. I entered but I wuldnt blame anybody that refused to. That is the society we live in now. If that bus driver had been a rev sister with their dressing people will not hesitate to rush in. Few bad once has ruined a peace loving religion.
