Seems to learn new language is very hard especially when u don't practice with people.

Ur English has seriously improved a lot from when u started posting new. U are even an expert now.
Maybe I will tell him to locate a Spanish forum, join and start interacting with them. I can remember one young woman here who don't understand anything about Nigerian pigin or local foods that was posting food here. As time goes on she can use pigin, some igbo and Yoruba slangs u will think she grew up in Nigeria. She has deactivated.
Don't know why she deactivated cos she was enjoying this place so much. Maybe naija boys wouldn't let her rest. Everybody will want to marry her I know u will understand better

Same recipe with fried rice, just add your pineapple while frying your rice. Very delicious and have that pineapple flavour.

After frying, place your rice inside your carved-out pineapple and allow it to cool for some menuits before eating

Actually, I eat and plan my meals well and super healthy too.

There are cheat days but we know how to burn that off

I love sea food
Shrimp, periwinkle, crayfish, lobster, oyster, fish, name them, I love them.
Give them to ur kids instead of chicken and cow meat and they will thank u later.

They don't like them, blend and mix them into soups and stew.

My Mama need to see this. We children need shrimp, but she don't wanna listen.

Sea food is also my favourite, but sometimes I get tired eating them due to large quantity available in my house.

I don't eat lunch. Tried but failed. It has always been brunch and dinner or dinner only. I can easily forget the brunch as long as I will have dinner. Exceptions are when I'm extremely tired or sick.

Have been hearing about it until my food started disappearing some mornings if I went to bed hungry
It's a very bad habit. I can stay a whole day without food but I must have my dinner in full.

Try to always have your lunch in full, not dinner.

Sometimes I go to the kitchen at night to take Corn-flakes or custard
