Name ~~~ Focaccia, in English ( Flat Bread)

Focaccia is a flat oven-baked Italian bread product similar in style and texture to pizza dough. Focaccia can be used as a side to many meals or as sandwich bread

cococandy:
Good job on the kitchen

I live near the sea as well. Love to lounge by the beach and eat fish but I can’t fish and don’t want to learn.

You scared of water? I guess fishing is men stuff.

Thegamingorca:
Fascinating! So the little cretins can stand the heat?

Ok. Please always try to eat, your health first.

amorprincesa:

Great place for cookout - the summer hot real good and that oven will be in use for suya
After war, we eat better jollof, suya, and some chill drinks from Cococandy wine racks.

Enough suya. You're very familiar with the life here

Shugah:
Wow!
Everything looks nice, Both the meal and the presentation.

Thanks señorita. I appreciate. Besos

Teespice:
more reason you would use a foil while baking to trap steam and it cooks evenly without it being dry.

then use enough stock and water too.

Yeah ..Foil helps also

I guess the ones theirs get dry, have not understand the logic behind it.

MariaAngeles:
How would he hmm? When you were legit not nice the last time...
Prestonn don't invite her

Ok Amor

lolipopandy:
I like both equally but noodles is a life saver.

Because you won't spend much time in the kitchen?

Sterope:
It wasn't just mine. I have had oven cooked jollof rice from about four different people. It was the same texture.

Ok

lolipopandy:
between rice and noodles? Or...

Yeah.... Between Rice and Noodles

Sterope:
It is comes out too dry. The best and healthiest method would be a multicooker/rice cooker.

Wrong, mine was not dry. Depend on your water quantity and heat

smartmom:
Interesting

lolipopandy:
I like rice too

Which do you prefer?

lolipopandy:
you won't invite me now

Do you like jollof rice? I know you prefer noodles to this

PhenomenalMorgan:
Oven baked jellof rice
Am i being a village man or is anyone else finding the combination of jellof rice and "baked" wiered

Baked Jollof Rice is common

I can't do it the local way using just wood to cook the rice, so I used my oven to bake the rice. Some people might do it indoors, I choose to use my local Oven outside to have that special taest

Photo of the oven below

MariaAngeles:
I'll have that. Thanks

Anything for you my Princess
