Yeah, its hard o. All girls are the same to me (when I say all girls, I only mean gorgeous girls)

But beauty aside, most girls are the same. They are just in different packages but once I look past the beauty and into the person I get discouraged...nothing makes her special than the last or the next even my current girl.

Only one girl ever stood out, beautiful, emotional intelligent, charismatic, funny, homely, ****** and she was smart about alot of things, we both Learnt new stuffs talking with each other, things most girls normally dont like. PROFITABILITY IN OIL PALM FARMING

That there is gain in oil palm farming is not in doubt. Everything about the tree is money.
Supergene oil palm trees produces up to 7tons to 8tons in the first few years of production and can yield up to 50tons of red palm oil annually for an hectare of farmland when the trees are fully matured.

WORKING WITH 10ACRES FOR THE FIRST FOUR YEARS OF PRODUCTION.

2.5acres of land = 1hectare of land .

Therefore,
10acres of land = 4hectares of land
7 tons x 4 hectare = 28tons.

A ton of palm oil goes for #370,000 (Not constant)

#370,000 x 28 = #10,360,000

This is only for the red palm oil.
There are other products of the Oil palm tree like PKO,PKC, palm sledge,palm fond etc.

An hectare can produce 3 tons of palm kernel oil (PKO)

3 tons x 4 hectare = 12 tons
A ton goes for #400,000(Not constant)
#400,000 x 12 = #4,800,000

Palm kernel oil + Palm oil = 15,160,000

This estimate is just for the early years of production,With continuous increase in yield in the subsequent years, the revenue generated increase too without an increase in maintenance cost.

If this kind of money is realized from just 2 out of many other products, then you should know that going into oil palm farming business is the best decision to make. It can serve for retirement days and can be passed on to the next generation.
