I understand it is full but can I start gearing up for the next admission even though the result I'd use the original will not be out by then ?

please I've asked this question and I keep getting conflicting answers and would be glad if someone can help me answer please. My waec is over 14 years old and I want to go for undergrad, nursing precisely. I had a pass E in biology and physics. I'm writing GCE this November \december, can the school (Vincent pol) accept it? Will the moe and the mofa legalize it I've tried to read and I keep seeing 'originals' everywhere. I'm confused pls I'd appreciate the response

Please guys, thanks for all the helpful tips. Pls if ones original waec or neco is not out can one apply with statement of result? Would it sabotage my application?
Secondly, which is the best uni to study nursing as an undergraduate for an undergrad, considering cost and getting the most value for your money.
Thirdly, if one does not have birth certificate can a sworn declaration of age that's been dated for like 4-5 years be used?
And lastly is anyone here thinking of going for nsc nursing let's rub mind.

Legalization only happens at the Embassy of Poland (as you’re aware?)

If you’re going for a BSc you legalize WAEC. If MSc WAEC, BSc certificate, Transcripts

Pls can I use neco? If no can I use statement of waec result? And lastly must I use jamb if applying for bsc nursing??
