thanks Marcela04 but I beg to differ. I've heard my little nieces and nephew aged between 4 - 6 say things that will shock the pants out of you.

And most well-developed and balanced kids think way above their age in any case.

Bottomline is - the development of child depends on you, his/her enviroment and exposure and also the inherited genes.

I thought hard about this before I chose his age and from my little experience, stuff I've read and others I even heard on a radio program... I hold that my soon-to-be six year old Rukky can very well reason and act thus.

And by a way of information, when you want to positively affect your child's development, be sure to have instilled all basics by his/her 4th birthday...

Children are developing way faster these days and Africans... as usual... are decades behind with the famous slang "they are just children, they don't know anything."
