Sumtimes i wonder why most nigerian gals b/w d ages of 9-16 ve bigger br€east dan d 1ce b/w 29-35.Do u ve any ideal?

ma'am did i just hear u say 14yrs=jss3. A girl very close to me just clockd 14 last mnth, and she jst wrote waec. This gurl is giftd with a huge b woteva. I guess she would have start using bra at the age of 9.
