As a general rule of law, sexual intercourse btw husband and wife is not rape. She is deemed to have consented by the virtue of their marriage which is a contract entered into by both of them. The husband could be liable for assault if he uses unreasonable force on his wife while effecting his sexual desires. An exception is if they are divorced, separated, or the husband has been infested with an incurable virus

i think the oracle kills the husband of the adulterous woman only if the man knows of the wifes unfaithfulness and still didn't send her away. if he as much as eats her food, he is doomed.

i went 4 peace house youth camp in kubwa since wednesday nd it ended with vigil 4am
