The gen in the pix is 8.5kva rated output and 9.5kva maximum output. It's ultra soundproof and is diesel engine.

It's a pity you had to go through this ugly experience.

My advice is to be mindful of where you make your purchases. There are lots of A/Cs' being passed off as 'Panasonic', SHARP, LG, SONY, SAMSUNG, etc.

The bitter taste of the low quality lingers long after the low cost of purchase is long forgotten!
