There's been a bit of Mikel bashing going on, sometime ago, we were told that once Jose Murinho leaves Chelsea, Mikel will become history. What did we see? Mikel has become a regular under 4 other world class coaches! We were told once Micheal Essien is back from injury, nobody will remember Mikel exists, so far Mikel has 100% record for appearance this season despite Essien's comeback.

For the 5 seconds as my broda quoted above, modern football is built on teamwork and not individual brillance alone. Well knit teams prefer excellent ball passing to excellent individual ball dribblers. Ask yourself, why is Barcelona & Arsenal beauty to watch? They pass the ball so well in amazing manners.

Mikel is a holding Midfielder. We may wish that he's a creative/attacking midfielder like Okocha, but Chelsea has groomed him to be a holding midfielder and he's so damn well efficient at it! He understands his role in the game and executes it brillantly!

Whether we like it or not, he's the most successful active Nigerian footballer today(Kanu is in semi retirement), playing for a club in the top 10 in the world. How I wish our other footballers play like Mikel!

Let's give the young man his due! Mikel is a success story.

Personally, I think that you are starting this the wrong way. Without a definite product in mind, you will tempted to go and bring anything you "think" will sell.The last thing you want when starting business is to be stuck with goods which cannot sell, or which don't have enough profit margin for you to remain in business. I think that the best place to start will be with your market - The problem with us is that because laptops are popular, everyone wants to go and import laptops from China. I think it would be far more profitable to look for a gap in the market. Is there something that would make life easier for people in one way or the other, and which people can afford? You don't even have to target the general public - You can look into businesses, hospitals, companies, What things can help their business flow smoother? A factory which allocates their cutting/drilling time to when NEPA brings light. Maybe rechargeable power tools could help their business flow smoother? I don't know, I think there is a big market out there with lots of opportunities, I think it's far more profitable to look for the gap in the market and start from there, rather than the product and where you can get it from.

@ Songus, the mileage is about 58,000, it has been used for 2 yrs in Nigeria but note dat i am out of the country 8 months in a year so it was pretty minimal use. The car is very sound and i still drove it to maiduguri recently without prior servicing or mechanic checks 'cos the car is always maintained and on stand by for long tours. As for the VIN, I am not in the country at the moment but will call for it later in the day.
