dunkem21:... and no more home based PRESIDENT of NFF too! ![]() |
It's Broiler sir. Boiler means something else. |
mrvitalis:How can he officially devalue already heavily devalued Naira when they made exchange rate an election campaign issue? You see, the past has a way of catching up when you least expect.
|
folteminvestment:Broilers and pullet. At 2 weeks. |
Hi. What will be the cost if you were to vaccinate them before delivery to me? folteminvestment: |
ibedun:A simple study of your geography will tell you that Saraki represents Kwara. Kwara is in the North Central region in case you don't know and Saraki is a yoruba man (with fulani blood somewhere in his ancestry as he claims) so why the attack on 'Eastside'? Saraki was elected on the platform of APC. The APC as a party is populated by and voted for largely by non Easterners. If Saraki is unfit to be Senate President, blame the party and the senatorial constituency that gave him the platform and elected him senator. Turning everything and anything as an opportunity to malign and attack a section of the country reeks of inferiority complex. Please grow up. This is 2016. |
Food For Thought.

ba7man:Just like ABIOLA Babes, ba? LEVENTIS United GIWA FC IWUANYANWU Nationale And in South Africa, JOMO Cosmos is named after the owner and coach Jomo Sono. Kaiser Chiefs is named after Kaiser Motaung the founder and chairman. Etc. Moreover, when Government owns a FC or sports team they most often name it after the State e.g. Kano Pillars, Niger Tornadoes, Plateau United, Rivers Angels, etc. If I own a football club today will I name it after myself? No. The reason is I do not name things after myself - not my companies, not my brands, not my children. I love independence and give anything that belongs to me the opportunity to carve its' own identity and make its' own mark. That doesn't mean that those who do name things after themselves are wrong, egocentric or narcissistic. It's their choice. On a lighter note, I'm sure Ifeanyi Ubah will have sleepless night if the team were to perform poorly as he will not like to hear: 'Ifeanyi Ubah is at the bottom of the log', 'Ifeanyi Ubah beaten mercilessly by Enyimba' or 'Ifeanyi Ubah trashed again'. So, to avoid that he will continue to invest in the club and the league which is to the benefit of football. |
francizy:You are wrong. It's Anambra. FC Ifeanyi Ubah is based in Nnewi and Nnewi is the 3rd largest city in Anambra. Abia has both Enyimba FC and Abia Warriors. And Enugu, the famous Rangers International. |
Kaybee14:Kaybee14, Thank your stars. If they did, they would charge you triple the sms rate that telcos charge for the service. |
Toosure70:Why not learn from China that produces 65% of goods on international waters? China equally imports tons of raw materials from all over the world to keep their factories running. There's absolutely nothing wrong in importing raw materials. We should be worried more about importing finished goods. Now to diversify your economy, you do not substitute dependence on one product (oil) for another (cassava). Rather, you grow all sectors and maximise your potentials. Some sectors that we have not thought deeply about include: 1. Tourism 2. Medical tourism (esp for West Africa. Liberia for instance has less than 150 medical doctors) 3. Education (Up to late 70s' /early 80s' Nigerian Universities were providing education for people all over Africa. We can once more become net producer of this highly sought after service) 4. Religion (Have you ever wondered how much money Saudi Arabia, Israel, Italy, Jordan make from religion?) 5. ICT (India has become synonymous with affordable ICT services. We can be the hub for West Africa) 6. Sports (Ever thought about how many people can be gainfully employed in sports and sports business?) 7. Aviation 8. Maritime services ( We can be the ports of choice for landlocked West African countries e.g Niger) 9. Food processing 10. Manufacturing 11. Hospitality ( top quality and affordable hotels, Disneyland of West Africa, Conference Center of choice in Africa) 12. Real estate. 13. Financial services (banking , insurance, etc) 14. Retail distribution 15. Others. |
UnclePati:A transfer transaction that Zenith charged me N13,000 for was done at N105 at FCMB! So we can see where your so-called profit is coming from. Pure exploitation! Can Zenith name just 10 SME coys they have nurtured to success in their over 20 years of existence and with " its highest capital base" ? Just 10. |
UnclePati:From your response, I can deduce you work for Zenith. Pls help provide more light on these: 1.) The form in question costs less than N5 to print. If Zenith is not out to profiteer from this why charge N210? The other bank I went to for the same transaction issued a bigger, better designed and user-friendly form for absolutely FREE. 2.) Why are the other so called free channels not communicated? 3.) Why is Zenith not paying interest on credit balance in current account as directed by CBN? 4.) How much does Zenith charge for sms alert to its' customers? And for statement of Account? If Zenith is the most profitable bank according to you, then its' profits are not built on value added but rather on exploitative policies. I have banked with Zenith for over 10 years and I don't wish my enemy the ZENITH experience. |
AnaCheks:Not too sure....with the ATM card maintenance fee, aren't you (GTB & Zenith) 2 sides of the same coin? |
I was at a branch of Zenith Bank this morning to carry out a fund transfer. I was told by the bank official that in addition to other charges that I will be required to pay N210 for the funds transfer form. This transfer form is equivalent of a deposit/withdrawal slip and has always been free. To be sure I didn't misunderstand the communication, I asked the staff to repeat herself and she said exactly the same thing. That henceforth, the Bank will now charge N210 for the form alongside other charges. Why does Zenith Bank delight in inflicting pains on its customers? Zenith Bank refuses to pay interest on credit balance on current account as directed by CBN but is quick to introduce 'forms fee'. Soon, they will introduce gate fee before you can enter the banking hall. Nairalanders,Is this the new face of banking in Nigeria or is Zenith Bank broke?
