You're right. However, what choice do we have when our 'polithiefians' who steal billions of Naira like it were nothing have refused to invest their stolen money in much needed sectors of the economy? With the way the Chinese are aggressively investing in virtually every sector of the Nigerian economy, soon, very soon, we shall all be forced to speak Chinese! A Chinese man once told me Nigeria was a rich country with lots of potentials for them (Chinese) to make good money. Our leaders and policy makers are STUPID!
you are right bro...
how I wish these our so called leaders can see things from your perspective.
may sense fall on them.

Business › Re: Disclosure Of Customer BVN Subject To Court Order, CBN Tells Banks by Primusinterpares(m): 9:21pm On Jul 13, 2018
Psoul:
For third party to have access to ur BVN, it has to apply to court and court will verify if the request is necessary. If found, they will grant the request which the CBN has to approve also before your bank releases the BVN.

Let's assume that police is investigating you and they want to know all the accounts you operates. Initially, they will just walk into ur bank and they will get the information. Now, if they need such information, they need to go through court then CBN.

If u don't know your BVN or has forgotten it, It is ur property, you bank has the right to give it back to you provided you are able to satisfactorily provide all the necessary evidence to prove that u are the owner of the account upon which BVN is requested for.
thanks... it's quite elusidative
