Uzodinma went to court with evidence of how he won. He did his own calculation and supported it with copies of result given to the police from polling units that INEC canceled illegally. He presented to the tribunal the actual figures that were unlawfully deducted from his votes as a result of the cancellation of polling units where he won massively. The Supreme Court agreed with him that his votes were truly unlawfully deducted by the unjustified cancellation of results from the polling units. They accepted the calculation he presented and on that basis declared him the winner.

So, can you tell us the calculation presented to the court by Peter Obi showing how he won the election? Can you tell us the number of lawful votes that were deducted from his votes by INEC that the court should now add back to give him victory?

Peter Obi told Nigerians that he won the election and he will prove it with evidence in court. The court case is about to end and we’ve not seen a single evidence of how Peter Obi won the election conducted on February 25th 2023. He couldn’t even present to the court in his final address how he won the election. So, what’s the lie about retrieving a stolen mandate all about when he never won the election?

Obi’s petition has now been reduced to calling for the disqualification of the actual winner and then conducting another election between him and Atiku to determine the actual winner. He has completely abandoned any claim to victory.

Sadly for him, Tinubu will not be disqualified on any ground as there is absolutely no reason to disqualify him. The so called forfeiture is in relation to a civil matter that has no criminal conviction. The US government clearly stated in a letter tendered in court that Tinubu was never convicted and that’s the legal position of the forfeiture.

So, even in the unlikely event of the court ordering a second ballot on the basis of 25% in FCT, it will still be between Tinubu and Atiku. Of course, this will not happen as section 299 clearly stated that FCT should be treated like any other state in all matters.

PDP shared appointment according to constitution, but buhari started everything by appointing inec chairman from North, despite president been from not, and all sane Nigerians folds their arms, and let it go. He chooses all service chiefs from North, efcc, DSS,and even removed Fowler. Humanitarian,and finance, are all from North. So what do u expect tinubu to do. He should even give everything to Yorubas. They turned government to tribalism now instead of serving their people. Before u quote me, check ur brain well and reason and go back to the past government and compare how they share appointment.
