It was back in 1967 when there were four blood moons on Jewish
feast days, and the nation of Israel fought the Six-Day War,
recapturing Jerusalem.
Two decades before that, there were four blood moons on feast
days, just after Israel was reborn as a nation after some 2,000
years.
The same phenomenon occurred shortly after Spain expelled the
Jews in 1492.
So it’s no wonder that people who watch the signs in the heavens
are expecting something to happen soon as four blood moons
occur on feast days in 2014 and 2015.
The Bible affirms God uses the sun, moon and stars for signs and
seasons. It records that a star led the wise men to Jesus after his
birth, and the sun stood still as Joshua led Israel to victory in
battle.
Last spring, and just a few weeks ago again, millions stared in
awe at the night sky as blood moons appeared on two feast days.
Pastor Mark Biltz, the author of “Blood Moons,” the inspiration for
a documentary movie of the same name, sees a connection
between what is happening in today’s world and the “signs in the
sun, moon and stars.”

“God is offering, through these astronomical signs, an invitation
to get on his calendar,” he said.
Though the last two of the four rare blood moons — appearing on the biblical holidays of
Passover and the Feast of Tabernacles, or Sukkot — will not happen until April and September of
2015, interest in the heavenly signs is not waning.
Biltz’s book and documentary, released March 18, both have been
consistently one of the top sellers in their categories on
Amazon.com, and the break between the appearances of the last
blood moon and the one upcoming April 4 is only encouraging
interest in what Biltz calls “one of the most momentous messages
from God we’ll ever see.”
The “Blood Moons” documentary, directed by George Escobar, has
been one of Amazon.com’s top selling Faith and Spirituality movies
of the year.
“I’m excited people are not only continuing to educate themselves
about these heavenly signs, but that interest is only, in lunar speak,
waxing,” said Biltz.
April 15 marked the start of an extraordinary chain of events in the
heavens, which happened to fall on Passover. Even though these
lunar events will not happen again until 2015, there is great interest
in what they could mean for humanity as the moons align with the unfolding of biblical prophecy.
The second one in 2014 was Oct. 8.
“We are on the verge of witnessing something historic,” said Biltz, who discovered the blood
moons phenomenon in 2007.
What began on Passover is called a “blood moon tetrad,” a series of eclipses in which the earth
comes between the sun and moon. The blood references the reddish color of the moon as the
sun’s rays pass through earth’s atmosphere.
In 2015, the blood moons are on April 4 and Sept. 28.

A day-old baby boy was crowned
yesterday in Igbodo Kingdom of Ika
North East Local Government Area of
Delta State.
The child, named Ugochukwu, was
crowned by the leader of a delegation
from the Igbodo palace at St. Luke’s
Hospital Asaba, where he boy was
delivered.
This day became a historical event for
Igbodo Kingdom and entered the Guinness
Book of Records by becoming the
community with the youngest monarch.
According to Vanguard, the boy was
delivered on Wednesday night and
crowned the following morning. Chief
Eugene Iyeke of the ruling house of Igbodo
led the delegation to Asaba with members
of the Obi-in-council and notable
indigenes.
It will be recalled that that the Obi of
Igbodo, Obi Ikechukwu Osedume I,
succumbed to the wishes of his people by
formally marrying an indigene of the
community in accordance to the native
law and custom early in October last year.
And it was the wife, Onyinyechukwu, a
native of Igbodo, who gave birth to the
boy.
