I'm not sure Obi understands what it takes to run a complex country like Nigeria. Our agricultural output has declined due to the terrorists up north. That's one of the reasons food inflation is here. How's he going to tackle that? He talks too much and he has this attitude of trying to prove he knows it all. He won't consult with others and such people don't listen to advice until it's too late. He can't run Nigeria. When you look closely though, most of what Obi speaks about are kind of long term goals, but how would he solve the economic issues short term before we think long term? say first 6 months after assuming office? that's also crucial. Obi speaks of Vietnam and Bangladesh all the time, and their textile industry. While that is all good and fancy, they don't alleviate our economic problems short term. Short term, a serious president should be focused on consolidating on Buhari's projects to get them finished and then increasing our oil production to over 2 million bpd.
