My father, a civil servant passed on sometime mid-last year. I duely informed his employers of his demise.

His salary however was not stopped. Infact, it is still being paid into the account. I've submitted letter of administration and every other document required of me to the bank.

The bank says there're working on it, but I suspect they dont want to release the money.

Do I have any right to stake a claim for the money, seeing it was not supposed to be paid?

Please advice.
