I will as simple and short as possible

Sleep paralysis which is seen by some as demon operation is as a result or your body shutting down all body movement so that we don't act out our dreams,such as running,crying, dancing,singing,fighting and laughing,some times its not 100% effective,that explains why some people talk,laugh e.t.c while sleeping.
When we about to wake our body reactivates,but this also fail some times,at this point we are awake but our body is still shut down(paralyze)
We are still able to move the eyes a bit.The reason for a presence is cos your scared imagine your awake but your body is asleep,you will feel very vulnerable which in return you brain begins to get hyperactive,confused and the worst that can happen is if there is some one in the room.
For spiritual people they call it a demon,but some how the next day they wake without a deep cut,or end up bleeding from demonic attract



Extra: one imagine toeat in dream cos he knows what to eat mean and feel...one can experience a lot of actions in dreams
But when the person is about to fall or die he or she wakes up,,,,and that's because we have not die before so we don't know what death feels like,since the brain gives the illusion,it won't know how to interpret death,cos it haven't experience it,so we wake up
