OK... Here is it.

My dream is to get an Education in Canada.

I finished with a second class lower in Applied Geology 2014 (2.92 to be precise .. )

Age: would be 28 by next year.

I did my IELTS and made band of 7.0

I've applied for admission to Marine Institute New Foundland for Advance diploma in Water quality.

I've been offered Provisional Admission.

Now from all these I've been reading here, about getting study permit For Advance diploma after a BSc.. I am practically weak, I feel like giving up before even starting.

I practically sent mail to all the schools that offered Msc related to my course all turned me down. Loads of regret mails they all requested for a 2.1...

What do I do as I plan to submit my application in June... ? Has anyone been successful through this my type of scenario?

I've spent and I'm weak already...

I attached my students copy academic transcript to my studylink application but they will request to see the original when u come to australia. I didn't have an English test as at the time of my application but they gave me admission. I took the test before my visa application though.

2-3weeks. Keep an eye on your studylink account. It will actually give you an indication of what's happening exactly on your application.

Utas was added to AL1 schools on 3rd April, 2017. I paid a total of $16800

congrat.never knew uni Tasmania is under AL 1 uni. how much where you ask to deposit including insurance?

First degree was in Electrical Electronic Engineering.. I think SOP reflected a strong passion for the maritime sector and that was it

Medicals : 30th May,
Biometrics: 31st May,
Xray repeat: 9th June,
Xray repeat 14th June,
Additional doc: 15th June ( first degree cert, employment letter)
CO contact: 27th July (requested for extension letter/extension letter was dated 28th july)
CO contact: 31st July ( pointed out that extension letter date has passed and that course should be deferred)
Visa Grant: 14th November, 2017.

Initial start date: 17th July, 2017.
New start date after deferral: 26th February, 2018.

No statement of account was asked ( AL1 school- UTAS)
Masters degree.

Close to 3 weeks... I have an admission with them already. Feb 2018.

I have heard from them 3 times. First, they requested for my employment letter and degree certificate. 2nd, they asked for my extension letter on 27th july. 3rd, they said my extension letter dated 28th as the last resumption date has already passed and that I may upload a new extension letter. I deferred and uploaded the new COE. No contact since then.

Started since July 17. Had to defer till Feb 2018.

University of Tasmania was added on 3rd April, 2017. This is not an updated list.

Hello everyone,

Congrats to everyone who have received grants in the past few days. I pray we'll get more testimonies in Jesus name. I've been an observer for the past 3wks. I also applied as detailed below:
Application date: 25th of May
Biometrics : 26th of May
Medicals: 24th of May.
School: University of Tasmania.
Orientation date: 10th of July
Course start date: 17th of July

I haven't been contacted by any case officer and when I sent an update mail to dibp yesterday, they responded saying "the application is still on queue yet to be processed".
Please what happens if I don't receive a response before the resumption day? Also, has anyone hrd of an soa of 9m fly?
