Hello everyone.
Please i need you guys help.

I just got a brand new infinix s4 yesterday but due to unavailaibility of power supply i was unable to use/power on the phone so today evening; power was restored and i charged it full and even left it at 100% for like 30mins just to make the battery strong.

i put on the phone and did all the registration but to my surprise, from 100% to 99% didn't even take upto 5sec .

I used the phone for 1hrs on a medium usage and the battery dropped from 100 to 77%.

The second issue is that i searched every angle but couldn't see music and gallery folder.

And the last one is that, must of my apps keep closing immediately i tried to launch it.

Please any solution or advice to resolve this issue

Return the phone back to where you bought it from. Tell them to change it because the phone is faulty. Don’t even stress yourself trying to repair or fix it just return it simple

Huawei announced the P30 and P30 Pro with 4 cameras on March 26 at an event in Paris.

Display:
The Huawei P30 Pro mobile features a 6.47-inch Curved OLED 19.5:9, FHD+ 2340×1080 pixels. The Huawei P30 and P30 Pro also feature a teardrop-shaped notch. Underneath the display is a new and improved fingerprint scanner and it’s as fast as the Samsung Galaxy S10. The acoustic display acts as the earpiece when making or receiving phone calls.

Performance:
The smartphones run on the latest EMUI 9.1 based on Android Pie operating system. The smartphone is powered by Octa-core (2×2.6 GHz Cortex-A76 & 2×1.92 GHz Cortex-A76 & 4×1.8 GHz Cortex-A55) processor with 8GB of RAM. It comes with 128GB of inbuilt storage which can be expanded via micro-SD card up to 512GB. It has GPU turbo 2.1 which optimizes performance. The other good news is the P30 Pro is IP68-rated for dust and water resistance. It also comes with IR blaster (my personal favorite) which enables the smartphone to act as a remote control for Tv, A.C, etc. Internally, Huawei’s phones are running the latest available tech to ensure they’re as fast and fluid as can be.

Battery:
The Huawei P30 and P30 Pro come with a Non-removable Li-Po 3650 mAh battery and Non-removable Li-Po 4200 mAh battery respectively. Huawei P30 Pro has a larger battery and supports both wireless and reverse wireless charging as well as fast battery charging (70% in 30 min). The smartphone has a Single SIM (Nano-SIM) or Hybrid Dual SIM (Nano-SIM, dual stand-by).

Camera:
Huawei devices are known to have some of the best cameras in the business. They both come with four cameras (three rear cameras, and one front camera). The Huawei P30 Pro’s camera options give it an edge over the Huawei P30. The Pro has 50 times zoom which enables it to really zoom into objects. The camera package is one of the biggest reasons to buy P30 Pro. Rumors have it that they’re working on a duo video capture feature which allows you to capture video using two cameras simultaneously and it will be available via over the air update coming very soon.
