duro4chang:
My father had a cocoa plantation in a village not far from Igbo Eledumare. All you have narrated here are fictions from the book. The place is now where people are farming. Nothing like goblins there now or then. All you read in that book are imagination not real. Cocoa farmers are there doing their work. The place itself is full of cocoa trees.villages around that place are; Oke alafia one and two, Awo, Ayetoro, Temidire, Alarere etc.
All you see in this articles are not fictions from books... They are what the people there narrated. Fiction or not, at least, there are sources who claimed all these things happened there.
...if goblins are still there now, no one can enter there to see all the locations and return to share this story. They are no more there as they were then. That is what this article is saying... If you are familiar with that place as you have claimed, then you should know who has the title of oba awon iwin (King of goblins). His name is indicated in this article, you can make further inquiry.

wonderful write-up. Always wondered why Yorubas always had nothing but praise for Esu while Christian abhore him until I realized Christians just took the name of a well renowned God and made him in the dark light to make his worshippers turn away from him.
From the post... We have Esu and devil. Devil is known by Christians and Muslims, while Esu is known by the traditional worshipers. Coincidentally, fortunately or unfortunately, the yoruba name for the known 'devil' by Christians and Muslims is "ESU". I do not think Christians actually made up an image from nowhere.
Culture / Mysterious Facts About Igbo Olodumare by Prohollowu: 12:07pm On May 12, 2020
Igbo Olodumare is located in an ancient town of Oke-Igbo, Ondo State. The forest is made popular by David Olorunfemi Fagunwa in his numerous books; Ogboju Ode Ninu Igbo Olodumare, Ireke Onibudo, Aditu Eledumare among others.

The place known as Igbo Olodumare today was dominated by goblins and they made it so much difficult for humans to enter the forest either to hunt or to farm.

According to 'Oba awon iwin' (King of goblins), Chief S. O. Odejinmi “Efforts are being made to make this place a more tourist center where we can have more people to come and even people from outside the country”.

The name 'Oba awon iwin' came as an appellation given to him after his contributory efforts in chasing away the goblins for peoples comfort in the community.

Mysterious Locations in Igbo Olodumare

Prayer Spot: The first place after the special gate that is always locked to show that the forest is not where anyone can visit anyhow without necessary rites being done is the prayer ground where people drop money and speaks their desires quietly.

Egberiwese: This is where Olowo Aye who was the grandfather of baba D. O. Fagunwa met a beautiful spirit. This spirit is known as Ifepade. Olowo Aye fell in love with Ifepade due to her generousity.

Isalu Aye and Isalu Orun: It is a ‘Y’ junction where Ifepade and Olowo Aye departed despite the desire of Olowo Aye to go with Ifepade. Olowo Aye took his journey through Isalu Aye where he met a gnome crying. Olowo Aye asked the gnome why it was crying, it said it only cries for the insatiability of men. Men are the best creature of God, yet, they are never satisfied.

Oke Langbodo: It is a sloppy mountain which its climbing is not easy. It’s considered that only strong men can climb it. These strong men are considered as “Akoni meje”. Not too far from Oke langbodo is where we have Ibujoko Olowo Aye, Omo Akowediran (Olowo Aye resting place)

Esu Kekere Ode: This esu kekere ode still shows anger to the people till now, each time they sense there is anger; they worship it with palm oil and other necessary traditional ingredients.

Ajingu Idakeroro: The place is described as a very quiet place in Igbo Olodumare, it became so quiet as that because of an encounter of a particular fearful spirit with a hunter. The fearful spirit had record of victories over several hunters not until when a particular strong hunter defeated it. Birds and other animals in the forest shouted and were so happy, but the fearful spirit cursed them that it will be their last shout in that environment. Till today, no bird of any kind or animal can give a sound in the mysterious location.

Oja Awon Iwin: This is where goblins in Igbo Olodumare do their buying and selling. It is said that this particular market still functions till now. Anyone who is powerful can feel it, see it, even hear them buying and selling if they pay visit there at night. Not so far from there is ogbun ainisale.

Ogbun Ainisale: It was like a prison where offenders with no pardon were thrown after binding their legs and the hands. It is so deep that no one dare try to see the depth from the top.

Religion / How Esu Is An Intermediary Between Man And God by Prohollowu: 11:25am On May 12, 2020
Esu is an intermediary between man and God. This was made known by Mr. Abiodun in an interview session with Brain Trust Hub, He is a young and well respected Ifa worshiper in Osogbo, Nigeria.

Yoruba is a one of the major tribes in Nigeria, located at the southwestern part of the country. The tribe is known for her love for arts and culture. Except from the two major popularly known religions; Christianity and Islam among the Yorubas, many of them are also traditional worshipers with different denominations or ideologies like other religions.

Among the honoured gods for Yoruba traditional worshipers is ESU odara. The name esu is a popular name to Christians and Muslims, but the angle they see the god called esu by Yoruba traditional worshipers is obviously different.

According to a consulted traditional worshiper, mr. Abiodun, he said the esu in the Bible or Quran is not the same as the esu they are worshiping. “As a matter of fact, esu is an intermediary between man and God. Not just an intermediary, but one of the most respected by Eledumare.

Who is devil (esu) to Christians?
Christians call devil several names as sighted in the Bible. He is described as “angel of the bottomless pit” [Rev. 9:11], the accuser [Zach. 3:1], the prince of the power of the air [Eph. 2:2]. The Christians are of the belief that the devil was one time an angle in heaven. In fact, one of the most rated angel (known as Lucifer), but lost his place when he desired to take the glory, power, and honour of God Almighty the creator.

Lucifer fell from his lofty position when pride crept in and he desired to take God's position (Isaiah 14:12–14). Lucifer attempted a coup d'état along with one-third of the angels (Revelation 12:4) but Michael the archangel and the others fought and threw them out of heaven (12:7–10). God knowing all things sent him to the earth for such thought. And this same devil misled Eve to eat from the forbidden fruit.

Who is devil (esu) to Muslims?
Muslims also call esu several names, such as; chief deceiver [Qur’an: Faatir 35:5], enemy [Qur’an: Faatir 35:6], arrogant [Qur’an: Saad 38:74], popularly called, Iblees or Shaitaan. To Muslims, devil was a onetime angel or Jinn as some believe he could never have been an angel and disobeyed God. The Muslims believe that after the creation of Adam, God told all in heaven to prostrate before him, and they all did except from devil who said he could not bow for a mere man made out of clay. "I cannot bow because you created me from fire and created him from clay" [Qur’an: Al-A’raaf 7:12].

“…Then we said to the angels, “Prostrate to Adam”; so they prostrated, except for Iblees. He was not of those who prostrated.”[Qur’an: Al-A’raaf 7:11b] This got God angry and sent him to earth. Muslims share the same story of Eve eating the forbidden fruit. This is a result of promise devil gave to God after sending him on earth. "Then I will come to them from before them and behind them, from their right and from their left, and you will not find most of them as thankful ones (i.e. they will not be dutiful to you).”[Qur’an: Al-A’raaf 7:14-17].

Obviously, from how a Christian or a Muslim sees devil, would it be right to say "Esu is an intermediary between man and God"?

Who is Esu to Yoruba traditional worshipers?
To quickly tell you what you might not know before now, all traditional worshipers worship esu. This is not in line with the general knowledge that esu is worshiped by those with black clothes, while those on white clothes don’t worship esu. According to our source, esu is a great intermediary between man and Eledumare, therefore, every traditional worshiper who do rituals to beg Eledumare for one or two things must worship and consult him to get things done faster and reliably.

Mr. Abiodun, kindly tell us all you can share about Esu?

Esu is not the satan which people always claim is behind all immoral acts. He is the closest angels to Eledumare, and Eledumare gave him authorities. He is involved in all the gods that came to earth, and among them all, he chose Orunmila as his favourite.  he is good, but men’s request can make him look bad.

A good example of how esu is known to be good from ifa in the consultation made by Orunmila for him to know what to do for things to work out well for him without evil coming his ways, he was told to worship and do the necessary for esu.-Odu ifa-"ogundakete";

Ogundakete o duro loju popo,

O sowo ajada are are, adifa fun Orunmila

Baba fi esu odara, o fi so ibode”

This quote describes how Orunmila used Esu to guide his gate for goods only to come into him and not any form of disaster by giving him amounts of money. He gave Esu 40 coins to send away all evils, and 120 coins to allow all blessings in. Esu did this by blocking entrance for death, poverty and failure, while he opened door for all blessings to Orunmila.

Orunmila was surprised and said to esu “Osa to’tori ogoji ti o ba onan je, ti owa to’ri ogofa tun onan se” (a deity who because of 40 coins destroyed the road, and for 120 coins make the road a pleasant one). That is one good of esu.

Fact about the goddess of wealth (Orisa Aje)
Checking through another good side of esu from ifa quote, ‘ogbe ate’.
“Ka diju ka sebi eniku, k’awo eni ti yio sukun eni

Ka borin borin, ka fi ese ko pa o, ka’wo eni ti yi o kini pele

Oro seni wo, kale ba mo eni to’feni,

Ohun lodifa fun orunmila yi o fi iku tan gbogbo egbe re yoku je”

The quote talks about how Orunmila closed his eyes and pretended dead, to see who truly loves him. He told his followers to tell all other gods that he is dead. They heard about it and they all came one after the other claiming that Orunmila owed them money while on earth, and insisted that his followers would pay them.

On the side of esu, he heard of Orunmila’s death while barbing, and he left the place with half-done hair to go and check Orunmila. On getting there, esu cried and insisted he must follow Orunmila to the grave. Due to his persistence, Orunmila’s followers had no choice than to tell him the truth.

Orunmila was so surprised that Esu could stay with him that much. Esu told Orunmila there is nothing he will do without him. Since then, Orunmila made a similar promise to esu that there is nothing he will do without Esu. If Orunmila will eat anything, he must give Esu his own by putting a portion on the ground. This is still practicable among all core traditional worshipers till today.

The other side, why men said esu is evil.
Esu is not the one behind evil, humans are those who do evil to one another. When people consult esu, he guilds them to avoid evil, but people are always greedy and wicked which eventually brings calamity upon them.

Ifa ogbefun…

“Oro tere eyinkule aguwa,

Lodifa fun aguwa abufu amin”

Interpretation; Agunwa and Amin are friends who were in abject poverty, they went for ifa consultation. They were told to go and worship Esu by going to him with 10 rats. They turned it down as they considered it too easy to solve their level of extreme poverty.

One of them thought about it and went to the other that they should go and try it.  His friend turned him down as he still can’t believe how 10 rats would liberate him. He went to the herbalist alone to get the instruction and do the needful.

Instruction on how to worship esu was to go to esu for 10 days. A day with a rat to tell esu whatever he is in need of. He was warned never to give esu more than one rat in a day. He did this for 10 days and he got so rich.

Amin heard about his riches and was disappointed that Agunwa did not carry him along. He told him it’s the same process he denied. Hearing this, he was so moved and went to get the 10 rats without going to the herbalist at all. He got to esu and gave him 10 rats in a day; esu gave him money truly as money was falling upon him till he was dead. "Now, how is esu wicked?"

How could esu be the intermediary between man and God when Christians and Muslims believes he was already sent to the earth by God, and has nothing to do with God?

I am not disputing that, but the esu we are serving is not the rejected esu that they are claiming.

Politics / Civilization Strategy After Covid19 by Prohollowu: 9:38pm On May 11, 2020
[left]A deep thought about life after covid19 is one of the best thoughts anyone can have in a time like this. Such thought would be either to seize opportunities or maintain position as a successful man or woman.

World has been changing for years, but the kind of this present change came with its own uniqueness. This article would guide you on how you must start thinking in order to survive the changes that are very much likely to take effect after Covid 19.

Since the world has been on lockdown in phases, from February till now, many have been losing their jobs. Many are suffering because they could not make an income except they have contact with their customers.

It is obviously no news that banks are sacking their employees in hundreds. Likewise, a former presidential candidate, Atiku Abubaka sacked over 400 staff of his university.

No fewer than 50 top management staff including expatriates were affected in the mass sack. Read an extracted statement in the letter sent to their mails. “The authority of this university regrets to downsize its workers due to economic constraint and inability to pay the huge wage bills on its pay roll”….. The Vanguage May 6, 2020.

The Strike of Covid 19
Cooperate organizations were caught unprepared except for few that had seen the future before now. Yet, the smart ones among them keep the company running. How? They faced the challenge and they are overcoming it gradually.

But, in the process, fresh ideas and approaches are getting introduced into the world economy system. These approaches are likely to maintain their status quo, and many would be found wanting if preparations are not made as fast as possible.

Lessons Learnt So Far?
One of the greatest challenges of organization is the space where they can accommodate their staff. Lock down has informed them the unnecessary need for such concern anymore. People can work from home and at the same time get results. You might think how possible is that?

It is possible because they have been able to develop applications that monitor their staff online. Applications to monitor the activities of staff while working from home are already installed into the provided devices for staff.

According to Derek Thompson, (The Atlantic), “The coronavirus outbreak has triggered an anxious trial run for remote work at a grand scale. What we learn in the next few months could help shape a future of work that might have been inevitable…”

Academic institutions in the developed world are standing against coronavirus global implication that nothing would change their academic calendar. Academic activities are working fine through online teachings. It was strange to many at the beginning, but people are catching up gradually.

Some software firms are getting stronger to providing great services in this direction, such as ZOOM and others. I can take a blind bet that lots are yet to come to provide similar services, probably in a better and advanced way.

Now, you can see how the world is really changing fast? A business man ones told me, learn how to study the policies of new government, and think of how you can provide solutions to the problems they want to solve. ‘Move with the pace’, he said.

What Do You Think of These?
Corporate organizations have just been able to find a way to solving the fear of space. This at the long run would reduce their cost of business which is obviously what a business man is looking for.

Education might have stopped in the developed world because of coronavirus, but everything is going on in the developed part of the world. The reasons for such differences are not far-fetched. There are enough resources; such as good internet facilities and electricity supply.

I have a feeling that education might be taking bolder step by accepting distance education. It has been in existence before but not as popular as its likely to be after covid19.

I was a bit surprised the day I got a mail that there is a certificate for “learning how to teach online”. I browsed further, and it was discovered that some academic institutions are already making this as part of their requirements for employment.

This article is not to tell the world that there won’t be activities in offices or in classroom again, but covid19 had informed the world that there could be a better way for all. When all these new developing approaches get refined and well structured, we will all call it “development” or “civilization”.

Romance / Re: At 41, Am I Getting Married Too Late? by Prohollowu: 3:20pm On May 11, 2020
manuelreports:
I just clocked 41 and I am yet to settle down.

Please house i want to know if I married too Late if i decide to settle down today.

I never expected to marry this late but you know one thing leads to another son of man is still trying to put somethings in order before marriage, in order to give my children the best life can offer.

Please fam
Your suggestions please
No one can ever be too late as long as the time before marriage worth it...
I found an article worthy for single ones, for their marital status not to bother them.
Are you one of those that cannot walk peacefully on the street without being worried about how much it’s going to be said about you either publicly or secretly?

An average single guy or lady who is of age to get married survives mockery from the family members, to the society at large. As if that is not enough, members of churches and mosques come up with regular and constant question of when are we meeting the lucky guy or lady? as the case may be. And you keep wondering if these ones are agents of monitoring spirit on your marital life.

I will say its absolute “No” over and over, they are playing the cultural role expected of them. The most shocking part is that they are perfectly ignorant of what singleness has to offer, and they are blind to see the blessings that exist in being single. My dear, if you are single, you are blessed. For those who are married, I say congratulations to you.

The greatest of all is that you have your time to yourself, If you ask me, I will say this is the most rated importance of being single. Don’t forget, time is money. With your time, you can make as much as possible wealth for yourself. If you are single and you are reading this, have you ever thought of starting something great with your time? This is your moment. The moment for you to get yourself fixed to something that will prepare you for that greater place, and a better partner.

This is also a moment you are expected to discover yourself, know yourself, identify yourself and love yourself. What do you understand about yourself? If not much, get focused on that in a time like this. I put this to you, do you love you? Do you love your hardworking nature? Do you love your determination in achieving any greater things? If no, you are only willing to be engaged or married, you are obviously not prepared.

Career / The Fear Of Success by Prohollowu: 3:10pm On May 11, 2020
The fear of success sounds unbelievable to many readers. I won’t be surprised if you are curious. Success is one of the controversial topics in the world. Everyone obviously wants to be successful, yet we see success from different perspectives.

What is Success?
Success to some people is when they have more than enough money to probably show their ‘enemies’ that they have finally arrived.

To others, it is the acquisition of wealth that can make them get recognition as a wealthy men in their community or society.

Meanwhile, some sees it is just the ability to take care of family members and able to have basic needs as human.

But to some, it is a stage of making impact in the life of generations; either through words (preachers, motivational speakers, teachers etc) or through money (philanthropist).

The fear of success?
The Fear of success is that kind of fear of “what would become of me when my success comes?” It is a feeling you have considering the responsibilities attached to your success. It is always being said, ‘man by nature do not show his right characters until he is successful’. Men seem extremely humble and loyal when things are not forthcoming as expected, but misbehave after achieving the desired.

This is evident in the life of many Christians. Majority can die on alters praying for God’s help, and after all, they end up using the word “busy” for the Lord. According to Andrew Wommack, “success has destroyed more people than hardship and failure ever has”.

I remembered my university days in the school fellowship, there was always a change of leadership every year. The president or ‘papa’ (daddy), as some fellowships prefer to call it, is the highest office anyone can hold. This is the office they always call last, and it is always the most dramatic and emotional moment for all the fellowship members.

Two things happen when a fellowship president is announced. He will either run out of the church, they run after him and carry him inside or he bursts into uncontrollable tears. ‘Wow, eyea’…the church reacts.

I always wonder why the tears, it took me many years to know that it is the fear of responsibilities. What a true success does is bringing before you responsibilities.

You should not only desire for any form of success you are dreaming of, but you should be prepared. In the preparation lies your true success when it comes. This is one secret some have over the time realized, and this make them to rely solely on God. It is indeed only by his grace and self discipline that you can escape the destruction that dwells in success.

The fear of success is the beginning of wisdom, but keep no fear in your heart, only be seeking for grace to remain faithful even when the success is all over you.

Health / Re: Pregnancy Are You Pregnant Or Going Through A High Risk Pregnancy,,lets Talk by Prohollowu: 10:24am On Feb 26, 2019
Birth Control, also known as Contraception and fertility control is a method or device used to prevent pregnancy.

Modern methods of birth control became available in the 20th century and using these methods to achieve birth control is called family planning. According to WHO, 214million women of reproductive age in developing countries who intends to avoid pregnancy are not using a modern contraceptive method. People use contraception for a range of reasons.

Benefits of family planning includes:

Prevention of transmission of Human Immune deficiency Virus (HIV) and other Sexually Transmitted Infections.
Prevention of unintended pregnancies and reduction of acts of unsafe abortion thereby reducing deaths of mothers and children
Creates avenue for families to determine the number and spacing of their children.
The promotion of family planning by ensuring access to desired contraceptive method for couples is the key to achieving the well-being of women and equally provides a health community development.

Literally, contraception can be used to plan when a woman or couples have children and the number to have. This requires choosing:

When they want to start having children
When they want to stop having children
How far apart they want these children

Methods of Contraception

Various methods through which birth control or contraception could be achieved involve any of the following while the choice however depends on their suitability to clients. This is usually preceded by counseling by health care worker or personnel.

The methods include;

Long-acting reversible contraception such as implant or intra uterine device (IUD)
Hormone-based contraception such as oral pills or injectable
Barrier methods such as condoms, diaphragms and birth control sponges.
Emergency contraception
Fertility awareness
Permanent contraception such as vasectomy and tubal ligation.
Least effective ones include; spermicides and withdrawal by a male before ejaculation.
It is worthy of note that because contraception separates intercourse from procreation, it has raised moral and legal issues and certain culture limits or discourage access to birth control because it has been considered to be morally and religiously undesirable.

KEY BENEFITS OF CONTRACEPTIVES:

Reduction of pregnancy associated risks

Girls and particularly young women are at risk of problems in pregnancy. With contraception, they have the opportunity of delaying pregnancy till when their body is able to support it and for older women, it can outrightly prevent them from facing pregnancy related risks. Worldwide it has been shown that contraception reduces the need for unsafe abortion which is a leading cause of maternal death.

Reduction in teenage pregnancy

Among teenagers, pregnancy is at great risk of poor outcomes. By using contraception, young women can prevent unwanted pregnancies which can negatively impact their health and ambitions. Early pregnancy can cause health problems for the baby as teenage mothers are very likely to give birth to underweight babies who are at higher risk of neonatal mortality (usually, death within 28 days of birth).

Giving birth to healthy babies

A woman’s ability to produce healthy baby(ies) is linked to her level of care before and after birth. Contraceptive allows women plan their pregnancy as too close or poorly tired pregnancies contribute to infant mortality rates. The rate of babies that die within the first year of life.

Prevention of population pressure

Finally, contraceptive use slows population growth. Unchecked population growth puts pressure on the society, economy, education and health.

Conclusion

Contraception is a way to prevent pregnancy. These services are best provided by sexual and reproductive health services caregivers in health facilities or clinics.

Nukilia:
Backwardness in Africa! I hope the Cass is properly investigated. Stories like this has been shared for decades and till today, nobody has shown us a man with disappeared manhood. Time for Africans to have a rethink and stop this act of endangering other peoples lives.
The question at heart is, who will like to be shown as the victim of such? this is Africa where stigmatization is the order of the day. In the course of interviewing the acting mad lady, the witness saw the victim, he was not ready to be shown.

Politics / Re: 2019 Presidential Election Results Announcement By Mahmood Yakubu, INEC Chairman by Prohollowu: 7:01pm On Feb 25, 2019
(Brain Trust Hub) Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has rejected the yet to be concluded result of the presidential election.

The party insisted through the national chairman, Uche Secondus that the result being announced do not tally with what the party has across the country. they claimed to have been following it so keenly with an intention that a likely manipulation can come up.

Read his full statement below.

Our Democracy is Under Threat
Protocols:
1. The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) is forced to take a stand and make the following pronouncements at this crucial point because our democracy is under threat of derailment.

2. Firstly, I want to categorically state that our collation centers have all original results from every polling unit, in every ward, in every Local Government Area (LGA) in Nigeria, of which the international community is well aware, implying all results currently being announced by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) is incorrect thus unacceptable to our party and people.

3. Secondly, officials of both President Buhari’s government and the All Progressive Congress (APC), working with INEC officers, have tried to alter the course of history and disenfranchise our people through the cancellation and manipulation of figures for results already announced at polling units, nationwide, in Local Government Areas (LGAs) where our party, the PDP, had commanding votes; this must now be resisted by every well meaning Nigerian.

4. Thirdly, the ruling party’s strategy has indeed been murderous, undignified, and disrespectful of the wishes of the electorate, our people and the international community who have been in solidarity with our nation as we attempt to strengthen our democracy and its institutions.

5. Fourthly, in full view of the watching world, and despite efforts by our great party and its agents to adhere to every laid down provision for the 2019 general elections, the APC in collusion with INEC have taken aggressive steps, mostly through inducements, manipulation and incarcerations, using the elements of state power including the Nigeria Police Force, the Nigerian Army in particular, alongside other organizations including the Department of State Security (DSS) and Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to silence the voices of our long suffering people; this is disheartening, considering the terms of the Peace Accord, which called for impartiality and non-partisanship by members of our security organization with constitutional roles to play during this civic exercise.

6. Fifthly, as results trickled in on the Sunday, February 24th, 2019, clearly putting the PDP in the lead, the ruling party and President Buhari dispatched high-ranking officials to coercively influence outcomes in different geopolitical zones in the country. For example:

I. The minister of the interior, was dispatched to the North West of the country

II. The Secretary of the Government of the Federation was dispatched to the North East of the country; while the

III. The Attorney General and Minister were dispatched to the South East and South-South regions.

7. With the INEC IT server hacked by agents of the APC to manipulate results, we can with certainty state that results from the following polling units have, for example, been tampered with, note:

i. Sarkin Dawaki ward in Doma LGA – Nassarawa state

ii. Doka ward in Doma LGA – Nassarawa state

iii. Agyaragin – Tofa ward

iv. 10, 000 illegal votes added to already announced results in Wurno LGA in Sokoto state

v. Additionally, violent and destructive attacks have been meted out to officials while counting at Lafia St. and police barracks polling units.

8. As if these provocations are not enough, our agents and officials are constantly arrested and in many cases locked-up for complaining that Card Readers were not in use in many Northern states, implying that all results from the Northern part of the country where Card Readers were not used should be voided in accordance with INEC guidelines.

9. I also believe, the arrest of Eng. Buba Galadima, who has been a great symbol of what is courageous about our people goes to show that one man’s ambition is greater than our collective good, and most probably worth the blood of all Nigerians.

10. In that context, I call for Buba Galadima’s immediate and unconditional release, as well as that of all officials and agents of the PDP, in the Southwest, who were mostly arrested on the eve of the elections where intimidation became the APCs sole election strategy.

11. Despite these provocations, intimidation and attempts to hijack our democracy and change the course of history, I must, in fact, convey to our good people the fact that the PDP is on course to victory and the Presidency; therefore, remain resolute and steadfast, because our party shares in your uncertainty and suffering, which must decisively come to a good end for us all.

12. Finally, and once again, we appeal to the leadership of INEC to remain impartial and not become willing agents to disenfranchise our people and derail our democracy, because the world is watching, and history will indeed pass judgment.

In addition, to the international community; we welcome your support for our democracy and extend our gratitude with great hope for our democracy.

Prince Uche Secondus
Chairman, Peoples Democratic Party (PDP)

Odeh Ajiri Princewill, popularly known as Princewill originated from Delta state. He spent his academic life throughout Delta state. Primary to secondary school was in Warri and went further to the Delta State University, graduated from Chemical Engineering Department, 2012.

“My journey into comedy industry started when I left Warri to Lagos State, lived under the bridge and became a conductor there for period of times” He said. During his work as a conductor, a passenger told him to leave the job and go into comedy. He identified Emeka Smith and Mc Pato as the men who helped him with the information of AY open mic comedy challenge which made him came out second behind Acapela in the 2016 comedian show….Won Opra Williams national challenge in Lagos state…..

As for Princewill’s challenges in the industry, he stated that the only major challenge he can point to is loyalty and seniority drama in the industry as he is not ready to bow unnecessarily. He explained that where he came from, respect is given based on impact people have on others, unlike where everyone is looking for favour and tends to respect others because they have money in pocket. He noted that he have several issues with his seniors in the industry when he got into the industry at first, though he respect those who deserve it.

….Comedy for him started in 2010, though with uncountable events in the past …..

He stated, comedy pays my bill and as far as I’m concern, an average young comedian makes more money than a banker, as long as one is good at what he does.

Responding to the lives of comedians offstage, he said comedians are in most cases like the way they are on stage. Though, comedians may be quiet when they are with people outside except from colleagues because talking is what pays their bills. But comedians are always more playful and noisy when they are with one another.
