@Funkybaby i have called Ahmed this morning, he said there is no longer TC in Nigeria.The stop it over 1 year ago due to stolen TC and FAKE TCs around.

The Next option is to go to Union Bank Head Office, but my elder sister works with Union Bank Abuja and She also told me that The dont issue TC again. Is only BTA which come now in form of cash. I dont know if it worth it going to their office since i have this information.

As it is now i dont know what else to do because i have started this application since last year and have really spent almost 450k on this both lawyer fees,legalisation of docts and visa fees etc.

sorry i didnt get the question. if you mean going with cash to the embassy i have offered them that and the refused, Besides Visa come from Austria not their Embassy In Abuja, So i am communicating direct with Austria authority.

I need a travelers check urgently for my student visa to austria to be issued. I have gone to many Banks here in Nigeria to get this but was told that CENTRAL BANK OF NIGERIA have stop this. I told the authority in Austria they refused saying that some Nigerians still get travelers check.
I have only few days remaining or else my student visa application will be cancel.This travelers check must be in my name.

If any one working in a bank can help me pls kindly do.

Yes he has to write to CIU and inform them what the Embassy is saying. You really need to disturb the school. A friend of mine going to CIU for his Master had this same problem, he went to Turkish Embassy about three time they keep on telling him that his name has not been sent by CIU, WIPS2 knows him. He has gotten the visa and will be leaving this Saturday.

So be on their neck (CIU ), until you see result.
