There is this roommate of mine and a friend who snores heavily during his sleep.

This is not that normal snoring we experience the one I am talking about is heavy and seems like life is chocking out of him, the snore is heavy that someone living 3 doors away will hear him snoring with ease.

And this snore will begin exactly 30 mins in his sleep it may occasionally stop and then begins again, he doesn't get to hear it because he is fast asleep but it's disturbing me and makes my night restless.

He has talked with one doctor and he gave him some drugs but it didn't work.

Please is there anyone here with a useful information like the drugs he will take or something like that, lets join hands and save a soul.

Dinner, light and no later than 6pm and should be eaten at least 3 hrs before sleep. Try to track the progress. Snoring should be gone in couple of months.

Your question is technical and it deals with a problem which we (if we are truly honesty with ourselves) know is linked to other problems such that they form an aggregate of problems ailing Nigeria. With this in mind, I doubt there can be any solution to the current gun problem. Any effort to tackle it as a single problem will invariably not only lead to a waste of our limited resources but also complicate it.

Here is what I think is the way forward; we should see the gun as well as all the other problems as symptoms of two terminal illnesses ravaging Nigeria. Democracy (+the way we have structured the country) is one, while the Bankers (moneylenders) is the other.

Note- by bankers I do not mean the accountants, tellers and managers etc., rather I'm referring to the CEOs and stake holders.

My Solution - First, we acknowledge the existence these problems and see them for what they are. Then we restructure the country and improve on our democracy or develop an alternative. Secondly we review our constitution, reform and regulate the activities of bankers and moneylenders.
In conclusion, I believe the gun problem along with others will go away naturally if we can successfully implement the above suggestion.

There are press houses that are available in almost every city and are still very much relevant to use in getting certain information across. Some of us still make use of them and there are a lot of things you will encounter in the pages of a paper you won't find on the internet.

No bro. I live a real life. I enjoy every bit of of my life. Life is not lived on the internet but by interacting with people physically. I'm not surprised at as to why the present generation are less human than our ancestors.


Put your phone aside, go out without it and experiences life.
