maybe u cud save it as a word document, copy and paste the pictures to word resave and try to upload again. Good luck. cud also be ur dimensions for jpeg dnt fit what they want so u cud maybe use any picture software to resave in what they want. but I think doc file will work and is simpler

At the final stage of submission, the site took me back to the previous stage when I entered my data again it showed that my email, phone number and Bvn require a new entry. Any solution to this
