Gym is just a convenient excuse why some people can't be fit. Because you'll have to commute to and fro, then pay for membership, etc.

You don't have to go to the gym. Just do push ups like 100 everyday or at least three times a week. Then use skipping rope and jump very fast like 1000 steps.

Then stop consuming too much sugar. Eat normally, but cut sugar off in the form of sodas, beer, bread, and fast foods. That's all.

A hard gainer like me cant do 100 press up and feel like he's done anything.

I have a friend that's Mesomorph, he doesn't even hit the fucking gym. He does a maximum of 50Press up a day, but if u see this guy ehn, He grab well.

The minimum press up i do when I'm training at home is 400i.e 100press up at a stretch, 4 times. And this is when I'm not even taking it seriously because the Normal benchmark for me is 800press up i.e 100 at a strech, 8 times. And i train a minimum of 4 days a week

So you see how rigorous training is for some of us that used to be Thin.

This is one of the reasons i had to procure my own crude gym equipments at home because i nor fit dey spend all my time for gym

You don see some guys wey nor too get body but them dey carry heavy weight and fit bench weight pass some Grab guys? Na so i be... Even my gym instructor dey call me IRON MAN but e body full pass my own and na only Bench press the guy take good pass me o, i dey lead am for tricep and bicep workout or thighs and shoulders😂

Medical student abroad or in nigeria? Cos I know alot of Medical practitioners that are being owed salaries , and las Las nothing beats working and getting paid from home, but the profession he has can enable him learn forex with ease till he gets it.

Is there anything you take to easy the body pain that comes along? Mine is as a result of the fuccked up bench I use for bench presses.

You should be feeling mild or moderate pains in your chest not your back mahn, This an abnormal pain and you'd really need to take a analgesic. Let's start with a paracetamol first

I usually dont take pain relief drugs after gyming though. I just Eat and Relax, in worst case scenarios i take cloves or paracetamol.

Is there no way you can attach a foam or clothes to the bench to make it more comfortable?

I'm always motivated to go to the gym, but I've been in serious pains for days now, so I decided to give myself a 3 days break. I'll resume tomorrow.

I'm thinking the reluctance is because what I'm using currently is a Home gym. My Equipments are at home, so i dont visit a public gym.

Av been very consistent for a while until recently though, my hunger to gym just dropped to an all time low.
That's why i had to visit this thread for some Morale boosting Nuggets

I agree with your submission but beg to differ a little on where u said Rwanda women are Mostly money driven for the following reasons

1. Women generally answer the call of money especially when stupendous money is involved. Its a survival instinct amongst Women especially african women, so Rwanda women shouldn't even be an exception here.
Not splitting the bills 50/50 is a Cultural thing in Africa, not just Rwanda. So its absolutely Normal for a Man to be in charge of finances in Africa

2. Money oriented dating in Rwanda could be influenced by a number of reasons like Personal Decision, Region and cultural background of the individuals involved. So in urban areas like kigali for example, its possible that there are women who date tourists for money on a short or long term basis, but what about cities like kibuye, Byumba and Nyanza for instance that aren't so urbanized? Not forgetting that Rwanda has a mostly Rural populace who practice subsistence farming, since it isn't blessed with Natural resources and is a landlocked country. So whom do the majority of Rwandese women answer the call of money from? It's not like they have a choice to not settle down with the Reality of things on ground in the first place. Fact is Rwadese men have never Had more Spending power than Nigerian men but their women still marry them(Rwadese men), Don't they? Women generally don't punch above their weight limits especially when they lack Options/Choices

3. Rwanda having gone through years of political instability, wars and genocide like Ethiopia, Eritrea, sudan is a Conservative state and places so much emphasis and tremendous Value on raising a family. So women are generally more interested in Long term relationships than they're interested in short term ones or your money. Its the reason why u can stay in Rwanda for a while and still not get laid because women generally want to build trust in a serious relationship with you before even getting down. If Rwandan women were that money driven, hookup culture would have risen to an all time high alongside casual dating considering that its being frequented by tourists but its way lower than Nigeria or ghana in that regard
