So why are women adviced to stay away from work when they need intellectual capacities?

You're not understanding. I'm not saying "women should stay away from specific jobs."
It's more like they should understand(they already do) that some jobs are physically challenging, and would be more suitable for men.

This is natural. Men are averagely physically stronger while women win when it comes to emotion.

I have no knowledge of a consensus on the cause of one's choice of sexual-orientation, particularly homosexuality.
Many schools have made it a mission to force it down students throats that sexual-orientation homosexuality is very healthy & biologically-influenced(summarized here: http://www.soulforce.org/article/644). Most religious advocates disagree.

yeah there are some really skinny guys that will eat the house and not gain a pound. I know, i live with one.

Truth be told, I have a feeling girls of now-a-days don't spend as much time in the kitchen as their mothers/fore-mothers did generations ago.

I personally think Sisqo is gay(he could be bisexual), he just isn't homosexual in terms of sexuality.

a Haitian national youth soccer team apparently deserted the squad during an airport stopover hours before a planned Wednesday trip to South Korea to prepare for the upcoming FIFA Under-17 World Cup.
