You don't even know what to say again which shoes your level of ignorance. Go through our conversation again and see for yourself. First you talked about Fulani wanting to take over a christian and jukun state, (ignoring the fact that many jukuns are also Muslims. Mind you some Hausa's, some Fulani's and many other tribes are also indigen of Taraba state)Dan baba a PDP candidate then, was the formal governor and a Fulani, you did not shout then since he was not a Muslim. Lol. You also said Muslims are the minority that's why and I gave you an example of a Christian governor in a Muslim dominated state and you are still blabbing. I will not stoop as low as your level to throw insults like an immature brat throwing a tantrum. I am an adult and I would conduct myself as one.
Good Gracious Me!!! Danbaba a fulani? Cos His name's 'DANFULANI'? LOL! See as persin dey lie with Confidence!

Go ask who the indegenous people of Suntai are... Danbaba is NOT Fulani Oga Sir!

Politics › Wukari, Taraba State Erupts In Violence After Tribunal Ruling! by PRYCE(op): 6:05pm On Nov 08, 2015
I knew My people won't let this go....

At the wee hours of today, Precisely 1AM, Wukari, A cosmopolitan mini-City in southern Taraba State erupted in Violence following yesterday's Tribunal ruling that Un justifiably Sacked The Taraba State.

Wukari, A local government where The governor gannered most of his votes is one Mr Darius Biggest stronghold in Taraba State.

Reports reaching me was that There was palpable tension throughout last night and the Tense Atmosphere eventually resulted in unprecedented bloodshed when Aisha's supporters (The Muslim minority) decided to spice up their celebrations with gunshots... Talk about Provocative celebrations huh??

Buhari Should tread carefully! Taraba State is a very volatile state with people ready to take up arms when they feel shortchanged!

I call on the state's Oligarchs to truncate this cirle of violence and ensure the People's mandate isn't stolen!

Peace!

DTOBS:
Now the tribunal panel has nailed themselves. This simply shows that the panel didn't understood the prayers of the petitioner and the plea of the respondent in the first instance. Now let's see what the appeal court will decide on this matter!
This is the point I was trying to make! You can't give a judgment on an application that was never filed or a prayer that was never made....

But As you can see, I'm being bashed!.... Anyways, We'll see cos I'm cautiously optimistic!

It is PDP that has destroyed Nigeria's democracy and the entire world knows this. Did OBJ and the PDP not conduct, according to international observers, "the worst election in the history of the world" supervised by the dirtiest Umpire of them all i.e Maurice Iwu? You lot are quick to forget such lows in our history that damn and indict the PDP as a rogue Party fond of brazen electoral malpractices and routinely denying Nigerians their right to be led by leaders of their choice. We are now into an era of revisionism, from the PDP and her fans, so I am not surprised the new tactics is to portray the PDP as the victim while blaming others for the misfortune the PDP brought upon itself.
Guys please this thread is about the Taraba State gubernatorial elections tribunal not PDP's and APC's sins!

But the PDP just like everyone, have the right to fair hearing! To just "let it go" would be a case of self deprivation!

The Tribunal never said he wasn't PDP candidate. It said he wasn't properly elected as PDP candidate in the primaries. The primaries was done outside the State, which is against the Electoral Act. Which means he was even ineligible in the first place.
It was done outside the state just like today's judgement.

If carrying out an election(primaries) outside the state was an act of fraud, INEC led by the "incorruptible " Jega would have rejected darius' emergence!....Plus the tribunals have no jurisdiction on Intra-party party affairs!

Even you know this judgement reeks of reversed sincerity!

Who gave election tribunals jurisdiction in intra party affairs, definitely not the Nigerian constitution.
Good! This is a PDP affair! Election Tribunals have no jurisdiction on Intra-party affairs!

I know the APC counsel will be like... 'Ah Ah but this was not the application I filed now'... grin

So please NL Members! The case is now pending at the COA with enough grounds to upturn this devlish judgement! Abegi simmer down the celebration! Even Mrs Al-Hassan who's a lawyer herself knows it's not yet time to pop the poppables!

True talk.
Now that I think of it...

If INEC considered his emergence as fraudulent, why did they go ahead to print his name and picture for people to thumbprint, why did they even bother with giving him a certificate of return.

The fault lies with INEC who did not follow the electoral act to the later.

But then again, it is what it is.
#CorruptionConfirmed
Another Point!

Even The APC counsel was surprised by this judgement!

Above was the reason given, seems APC had it all mapped out. Am however optimistic the court of appeal will overturn this judgement that reeks of fraud.

How can election be credible when the winner wasn't eligible
I didn't say the election was credible but that the eligibility of one of the respondents wasn't contained in the petitioners application... and courts work on the contents of an application right?

Politics › Turns Out Gov. Darius Ishaku Has A Good Case At The Court Of APPEAL. by PRYCE(op):
News reaching me from my homestate is that The PDP has an Excellent case to upturn the Governorship Tribunal's judgement at the court of appeal because Aisha's Petition was NOT ABOUT MR DARIUS' ELIGIBILITY which the court based it's judgement on but ON FAIRNESS OF THE ELECTION.

THE PETITIONER SUBMITTED A PETITION ON THE CREDIBILITY OF THE ELECTIONS AND NOT ON MR DARIUS' ELIGIBILITY!

The tribunal delivered a completely different judgement on a non-existent application!
