so far i think to this i mentioned lets say roughly 10mil and that does not include the cost of the land. to be honest even me won't think we would spend this much despite using direct labour.

so far we have done borehole, connected electricity, fenced out my neighbour, gate and yes POP is on going and should finish by tomorrow, window designs are one going, water piped in the house and tiles should be done too this week. followed by sanitary

thanks, the doors wooden and iron were all locally sourced, they were supplied by muyesky including the windows

still hope to do window hood and belt, not sure if its advisible since it wasn't done when the initial plastering was done.
pls anyone with idea of how much POP cost now? they are charging per square meter and am getting outrageous quotes here?

pix coming soon, na my papa carry them come o, wonderful guys with neat jobs and not so expensive bills. did the entire flooring for 45k as workmanship and palster for both 2bedroom and 3 bedroom flat and the outside of the entire house for 250k for workmanship. making a total of 295k for the workmanship to plaster the entire house. it is cheap compared to all the once i have been getting. not even now wey money scare.
I heard Buhari is doing MMM now, maybe me too will join..lol

Amen and amen. Thanks. yes, the casement I did is with burglary and the sliding too is with burglary. I can send you privately the cost of each. they were made by a nairalander too. The same nairalander also supplied the wooden doors and iron doors too. He just fixed the wooden doors yesterday, though I haven't been to the site.

sorry for the break in transmission plastering, conduit, plumbering, windows and flooring done. next is plumbering assecories, electricals, pop, doors(on going at the moment)...pix will come soon. a nairalander supplied the iron doors and wooden doors too.
to save cost i heard to bring in masons for the plastering and flooring from oyo. belive me its more cheaper and cost effective compare with all the quotes i got in lagos. pix coming soon

More pictures taken now. This is how big the house is, I am pretty sure, we won't spend up to 500k on tiling.

We later got some tiles worth 50k....Workmanship fee = 33k, 160sqm

congratulations...slow and steady house is becoming a home. am about tilling and doing toilet and bathroom accessories, pls can i get idea of the tiles price. getting someone from ibadan for the workmaship and his quotes should be in by monday. well done.
