Do you know you could build your own mall, when you look at ICM, walk around map out the architecture in your head, doesn't it look like something you could replicate albeit smaller in another state.
A theater
A watch place
A phone accessories place
An Eatery
A small Pharmacy

all within one acre with parking space,
This is a business for those with extended families, Give everyone a chance, a shop and an opportunity to earn.
No need to build hotels when you could have a mall, so many shops under one security and coverage and could be a nice place to hangout

No stress.

I'd name a mall Padme.

My design

From what i surmise, this could morph into a Gas Charcoal stove type design,
the Gas could be used to make stew while the charcoal boils rice.

The switch for it would then be two, one for the gas, and one off the gas which would fire up the coal and switched off once it has heated.

it could be a wonderful device and serve as a heater in places cold or during camping.

A TECH STARTUP

One of the things I lamented in my stay at the Plateau is that states with Constant electric supply due to a moderate demand for energy from the consumer because of the climate are without good ISPs
imagine Swift or Spectranet in somewhere like Plateau, Keffi or Taraba.

you could create one of the coolest Tech Startups with the cheap living that allows you to spend less supporting a free range of ideas and innovations.
The climate would also support clear and cool thinking..
With all these tech enthusiast in Nigeria, You could be a Don Jazzy support and get your commission, by running a Tech Startup to house them.

A NEW CHARCOAL STOVE

Seeing that we are headed Zimbabway, Gas might become hard also.
so I thought of charcoal stove, knowing that the only thing missing was the burner and an apparatus for fueling..
instead of Nylon and papers, Fanning the embers faka faka
An attached fuel apparatus with the blackened hole which produces the flames that burns the coal, and makes itss usage simple, and efficient.

and that was the missing piece.

I had an idea of printing all the text I have read from the holybooks website. They are rare and will make good money in paperback.

Drawing ideas from different textbooks, you could create your own academic textbook while you submit it for approval by the government to be used in schools too.

SEWING YOUR CLOTHES

At some point in your life it becomes a spiritual impediment for you to put on any cloth that have been worn by any man either white or black

Taking time to buy material and sewing your cloth is important as you grow older.
Then again, there are work clothes make sure you buy brand new.

A nice business to go into would be the creation of a Social Service Agency that handles adoption, child and women protection agencies, Human right workers.
you get approval and funding from government and other NGOs but you get to handle very sensitive workload.
it's requires mental strength but it can be quite fulfilling and you could even grow into a nationwide..

Could you guarantee the safety of people, with enough life jackets, There so much fun in kayaking as its personal row coincides pace with thrill.
There are so many rivers in Nigeria waiting for you to take advantage and make money off of them.
Just set up, create an online presence, and even in places like Lagos, Benue, Akwa Ibom.
You would draw interest from a very interested young demographic.

Local/ Nigeria Made Pizza

I don't know why we don't have a pizza culture with all the different types of flours we have
So I thought of something, Could we make local pizza using a mixture of
Corn flour
yam flour
yeast
Eggs
pepper
vegetables and
milk

and add a variation of dried fruits like pineapples, bananas, dates etc
The corn and yam flour would provide the turgidity, with yeast as rising agent it would even be more fluffy and nutritious.

You could have a proper carton packaging and delivery.. who knows

RENTING OF FARM/Gardening Tools

Many couldn't afford a tractor, a mower, harvester, harrows
but they could rent some, for a week or two on their farm land.
I needed a mower recently and thought if only someone rented one out I could use and return it, rather than start saving up for one.

Renting of Tractors, Harrows, Planters, Mowers etc is a good too

An Eligibility Examination

Today, we extol Jamb, Toefl and SAT, but these are all eligibility examination that shows a proficiency in a certain field or understanding.

You could create and standardize your own Eligibility examination. You just need the right government approval. and you are set to making money for generations..

you could deliver nylons to Retailers who sell provision, using a customer base per community.

A Television Station

A Local television station is a lot of money, maybe equivalent to what some people use in buying a Benz.
but if you have the interest and happiness of people at heart and build a local television station in your state, showing great movies, series and live sports once in a while you could be responsible for the civility of that community.

But without that kind of fund
You could start small and open a YouTube or Vimeo Channel and focus on a niche you enjoy

Schools should task students on long vacation with the planting and nurturing of at least 3 trees in their community, as a way of repairing our lost flora.

Did you know you could build a mini park with as little as 2 tyres stuff with sand and cemented and a Zelkova tree.
just any small space you see, plant a tree and stuff two tires with filling and cement it, it could serve as a rendezvous point tomorrow

A 3D Village

Did you know you could construct a house, no an entire villager using a 3D printer.
the House just have to bee mini flats in the middle of nowhere, deserts, or inside a rain forest. it could be your own mini country or mini state like Skinner's Walden two.
Businesses that could be gotten out of a 3D printer are endless

Foldable futon

By using flat foams and a duvet or bedsheet you could sew it into a foldable futon.
They are in the most use by the Japanese because it is comfy to sleep on foldable which means space effective.
It is flat which make is orthopedic Could be made from flat used foams and bedsheet wraps

Cheaper and better than a mattress, while folded it could be a slouch couch, catch a cat's nap

Now these street lights are solar powered just before the bulb lies a platform flat that can house a small camera.
This can be used in estates and high class communities for security purposes.
All you need to do is connect the camera wiring and attach it to that of the Street lights.
Get an office that records the views and you could be employed by estates and big companies, reducing their need for night security guards, leaving the ones at the gate alone

A solar panel consist a glass and a solar receptor chose . If you could creating of attaching those cables and creating a conduit wiring besides the wall to a battery as an alternate source of energy. Cool

You could chose to focus your attention on download and installation ifg android games, Heavy games like NBA, call of duty, download free and Cracked PS Games in memory cards.
Or go into drawing and animations proper and employ artist to create our own made cartoons
Max Art was a childhood friend who drew imaginary superheroes, someone could make a cartoon of our own gods like sango, Amadioha, well dawn well animated.
Animation is Japan's highest export.

Buying refuse from Nigerians
Refuse are raw materials if you have the money to refine. Pure water nylon and certain refuse could be bought at 100 naira per kg, usurping the refuse agency. The northerners make do with plastic, but if you advertise an interesting you could keep a weekly waiting, making money turning nylons into jerseys.
