If u see a house, u pay anoda 5k for agreement b4 payin d house rent which ll b nuffin less dan 100k. I reside in owerri nd abj nd i cn tel u living expenses in owerri is way too higher dan abj. Iz jus accomodation dat meks abj luk xpensiv. My advice is stay in d rural area, u ll save lots of money...
